The 1993 National Voter Registration Act, aka, the Motor Voter Law, was the gateway to voter fraud

It required state governments to offer simplified voter registration processes for any eligible person who applied for or renews a driver's license or applies for public assistance. At least 24 states and Washington, D.C., have implemented automatic voter registration systems. This is also where the infamous Federal Election Form came from, that doesn't require proof of citizenship, only an oath or affirmation that you are actually a citizen!

A VERY troubling fact: You can download the Federal Election Form in twenty-one different languages despite the fact the U.S. Citizenship test, with very few exceptions, is to be taken in English! In fact, you must actually have a working knowledge of English! 🤔

How rampant is illegal voter registration?

The nonprofit research institute, Just Facts found that about 10% to 27% of non-citizen adults in the U.S. are now illegally registered to vote.

On Friday, October 11, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), sued Virginia over an executive order to go through DMV records and remove illegal migrants off the state’s voter rolls allegedly too close to Election Day!

Now the Attorney General, who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and the law, is aiding and abetting the destruction of our election process by making sure illegals vote?

Fun fact: The state of Virginia was already being sued by several immigration rights groups and the League of women voters! The same groups that tell them how to cross the border, apply for benefits and are possibly actually the ones registering illegals to vote? Further, Virginia is not violating a 90 day or less requirement for changing voter rolls because they are only removing people who have already identified themselves as non-citizens, yet were still mistakenly or purposely added as voters.

The DOJ is suing other states lawfully cleaning up their voter rolls

Alabama:

The DOJ is suing Alabama for clearing approximately 3,500 people off its rolls that had noncitizen identification numbers issued by Homeland Security.

Arizona:

On July 5, 2022, the DOJ sued Arizona because it passed House Bill 2492:

which requires applicants produce documentary proof of citizenship before they can vote in presidential elections or vote by mail in any federal election when they register to vote using the federal registration form.

It is the job of every state, county and city to make sure their voter rolls contain voters that are American citizens, live in the district and have a pulse!

Do as we say, not as we do

The DOJ premise for suing the states is they are altering voter rolls too close to the election. Meanwhile, obviously at the direction of Attorney General Garland, illegal Special Prosecutor Jack Smith refiled charges against Donald Trump within 30 days of the Presidential election, despite the DOJ having a practice of not filing charges within 60 days of an election so they don't affect an election! In addition, there is an actual rule in the Justice Manual, § 9-85.500, to prevent such a thing.

Fun fact: There is absolutely no provision in the Voter Rights Act to allow fraudulent voting so all these lawsuits at this late date are apparently for the purpose of leaving ineligible voters on the rolls!

The Post Millennial has learned that some voters in the Philadelphia area said they have received threatening letters sent through the US Postal Service using a facsimile of a Trump campaign letterhead.

This is a reminder that your visible support comes with a price and at a cost. There will be consequences.

We know where you live, you are in the data base, there is no knowing what may happen, and your family may be impacted, your cat may get shot.

Your vote for this guy is seen as treading on my rights. You tread on me at your peril, motherf*cker. We look forward to visiting in the future.

Regarding President Bill Clinton and a Guatemalan housekeeper

Back when we lived in Pittsburgh and Clinton was President, a DJ on a radio station I listened to told a story. His friend lived in California and had a legal Green Carded Guatemalan housekeeper who showed him a troubling piece of mail she received. It was a letter from President Bill Clinton welcoming her to the Democratic Party with her voter registration card enclosed. She was terrified because she knew she wasn't allowed to vote. His friend took the letter to look into it and I don't recall the outcome. How many thousands or hundreds of thousands who got such a letter at the time just voted? Voter fraud is not a new Democrat occupation. It is just on steroids.

So how many “noncitizens” live in the swing states that could affect the vote?

What did the annual DEF CON “Voting Village” event in Las Vegas tell us about voting machines?

Harri Hursti, co-founder of the Voting Village, said the detected vulnerabilities took up “multiple pages” by Aug. 10, 2024. However, addressing bugs in the system would likely not be over by the time the election begins.

They do this EVERY YEAR and still we are using voting machines. THAT'S WHY other countries that actually hold free and fair elections use paper ballots!

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger of Georgia has some splainin’ to do!

In 2023, University of Michigan Professor of Computer Science and Engineering J. Halderman, revealed in a Georgia courtroom that Dominion Voting Systems were vulnerable to hacks. His report confirmed that votes can be altered in the Dominion voting machines. In fact, the report reveals that the Dominion software is vulnerable and can be hacked.

Professor Halderman wrote in his report:

We discovered vulnerabilities in nearly every part of the system that is exposed to potential attackers. The most critical problem we found is an arbitrary-code-execution vulnerability that can be exploited to spread malware from a county’s central election management system (EMS) to every BMD in the jurisdiction. This makes it possible to attack the BMDs at scale, over a wide area, without needing physical access to any of them.

Our report explains how attackers could exploit the flaws we found to change votes or potentially even affect election outcomes in Georgia.

What diabolical plans are in place or proposed for the 2024 election?

California:

Governor Newsom signed legislation that bans local governments from requiring voters to present identification at the polls. A blatant finger in the eye of Republican leaning counties and cities to allow illegal voting to shape their elections.

Wisconsin:

The state of Wisconsin has a population slightly less than 6 million.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission called Badger Voters numbers “all voters” in the state at 7.7 million. That’s a total of 3.5 million active voters and 4.19 million inactive voters. 

The state of Wisconsin refuses to remove them because:

If ineligible names were just deleted, the Wisconsin Elections Commission contends, “There would be no registration history, no participation history, and most importantly, no history of why a record became ineligible.”

How ripe for voter fraud is this?

From 60 Minutes regarding voting in Pennsylvania:

Despite mail in ballots actually being unconstitutional in Pennsylvania and all the documented fraud that occurred regarding the 2020 election regarding Pennsylvania and other states in the previous chart I showed you, all of it is now “disinformation”.

Fun fact: In 2016 before mail in ballots, Pennsylvania had all their ballots counted by the morning after election day declaring Donald Trump the winner, with Philadelphia holding out trying to “find” more votes!

Coincidentally, the state of Pennsylvania scheduled a system maintenance update to its voter registration website at the same time as the second Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania when Trump would be trying to encourage more people to register to vote. When this was discovered, they moved it ahead from 6 PM to 12 AM, but still the same day.

Arizona:

Maricopa County Recorder Steven Richer turned to the left-leaning States United Democracy Center and an overseas group bankrolled by the State Department to help his office target election speech that’s disapproved of by the government, according to emails obtained by The Federalist.

States United is a left-wing election law group that consistently opposes Republican election integrity legislation like voter ID laws and supports Democrat attempts to diminish election security, according to InfluenceWatch. The group has praised the weaponization of the justice system against Trump, and was described by The New York Times as part of a “coalition” preparing to “push back” against a potential Trump victory with “extraordinary pre-emptive actions.” (emphasis mine)

What exactly could that possibly mean? If anyone said such a thing regarding a Democrat win, they would all been rounded up and serving prison sentences by now.

The Arizona Supreme Court decided to keep 218,000 questionable voters on the states rolls despite flaws in the Department of Motor Vehicles registry system.

In 2004, Arizona voters approved a law requiring proof of citizenship to register and vote. That law was worded to presume that anyone in MVD records as having a post-1996 license had provided such proof and therefore didn’t need to show it again when either registering to vote for the first time or changing registration.

And using that information, election officials presumed those individuals had proven citizenship even though there were no such documents filed.

Michigan:

The Michigan Secretary of State sent shock waves throughout Michigan and across the nation on August 27 when she stared into the camera and threatened local canvass boards to either certify the upcoming November 5 election...or else. “If someone were to violate the law and not certify the election at the local level, we will come for you,” Secretary Jocelyn Benson warned.

Fun fact: After the 2020 Presidential election, over 7,000 affidavits were delivered to the Michigan legislature claiming election fraud.

What was the response from the legislature? They claimed there were “no significant acts of fraud” despite finding evidence dead people did vote. Hmmm. 🤔

The legislature also called on Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, to stop sending out unsolicited absentee ballot applications, which the committee describes as an act that allows for "vulnerabilities."

On a side note, “election officials” are saying significant problems have not been addressed at the Post Office and mail delivery will be slooowing down. Just in time for the election!

Nevada:

The group Citizens Outreach Foundation is being prevented by Nevada Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar, a Democrat, from investigating and challenging the names of approximately 33,000 people who left the state but remain on its voter rolls in Washoe County, Carson City, Storey County and Clark County, which includes Las Vegas.

Citizens Outreach Foundation flagged the suspect names using data from voter registration files and the U.S. Postal Service’s change-of-address list.

Fun fact: In 2020, Biden supposedly won Nevada by about 33,000 votes!

Who is fighting them tooth and nail? Infamous attorney Marc Elias who worked for Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry and now Kamala Harris and the Nevada America Civil Liberties Union. How shocking is that?🤔

Nebraska:

The Nebraska Supreme Court overruled the Secretary of State and Attorney General by granting 7,000 felons in the state the right to vote. The Legislature passed LB20 which expanded voting rights. The Secretary of State and Attorney General said the law violated the Nebraska Constitution and its separation of powers because only the state Board of Pardons has the authority to restore such rights. 

Fact: Felons in prison are three times more likely to identify as Democrat. When out of prison they are four times more likely to identify as Democrat.

Ohio:

A Haitian voter fraud operation has been discovered in Springfield, Ohio after at least 20,000 and possibly closer to 30,000 Haitians were dropped there by the Biden/Harris administration.

Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose is conducting an investigation after receiving an illegal voter registration form translated into the Haitian Creole language.

The Secretary’s office is also ongoing investigation into “evidence of a pattern of fraudulent voter registration activity in multiple counties under the paid employment of a group called Black Fork Strategies. “

According to the director of elections for Hamilton County, Sherry Poland, the board of elections uncovered several instances of fraud, including a “stack of registration forms” with identical handwriting submitted by a Black Fork canvasser.

Ohio election officials are failing to train poll workers on keeping foreign nationals from voting.

Secretary of State Frank LaRose’s June training directive mandating that all Precinct Election Officials (PEOs) are trained on unacceptable forms of voter ID, including identification issued to noncitizens, who are not allowed to vote in U.S. and Ohio elections.

When a perspective trainee asked why this wasn't being taught:

She [the instructor] said, ‘You are not the ID police. That is not your job. If that is what you want to do, I recommend you search out an entity that will allow you to use those skills, but that is not what you are here for.

The DNC covert plan to register more Americans living abroad as voters than the actual number of eligible voters!

The dirty little secret about the scheme:

Reuters recently wrote about the DNC’s plan to spend $300,000 to register “9 million” UOCAVA voters leading up to the 2024 election. According to the government website FVAP, there are only 2.8 million eligible UOCAVA voters. Let’s assume that half of those eligible voters would vote Democrat (a generous assumption given the state of the US economy); that’s only 1.4 million eligible voters in the 2024 election. The 1.4 million number doesn’t account for how they would vote or even if they would vote, given that a meager number of eligible overseas voters actually vote

An insidious attempt to get doctors to register voters

The Republican National Committee on Tuesday sent letters to election officials in six swing states urging them to monitor Vot-ER, the nonprofit that helps doctors register their patients to vote, for possible violations of election law, according to copies of the letters obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

Addressed to secretaries of state in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina, Arizona, and Nevada, the letters argue that Vot-ER is “weaponizing the healthcare system” for partisan ends and “threatening … election integrity” with its materials, which have been used to register patients in emergency rooms, substance abuse clinics, and even psychiatric hospitals.

"It is not difficult to imagine how a patient could feel pressured to register to vote or support a certain candidate to receive medical care," the letters say.

The platform’s record of election-interfering censorship began in 2012, reached a crescendo in 2020 and has begun fading somewhat in the early stages of the 2024 electoral cycle. All the while, Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg has repeatedly made pro-free speech comments including during his famous 2019 speech at Georgetown University.

Remember Executive Order 14019 issued in 2021?

President Joe Biden issued Executive Order 14019, “Promoting Access to Voting.” This directed every federal agency, agencies that are staffed through partisan appointments, to create a plan to register and mobilize voters. It also orders these agencies to work with organizations such as activist groups to register and mobilize voters in whatever manner they see fit. In doing so, the Biden administration has politicized election processes that were uniquely guarded as a nonpartisan since the ratification of the Constitution in 1788.

Agencies like the IRS, the Veteran's Administration, etc., were ordered to come up a plan how to register voters and work with more than 50 nonprofit organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center, the American Civil Liberties Union and the Sierra Club to crank up voter registration and participation.

Federal agencies involved in voting in any fashion is a clear violation of the Hatch Act!

Mark Zuckerberg's $419.5 million “Zuckerbucks” to Democrat entities for mail-in and get-out-the-vote efforts, ballot boxes, etc., had a verifiable effect on the 2020 election. Compared to the resources available to a corrupt federal government, a spit in the ocean.

To date, requests from Congress and Freedom of Information requests which by law are supposed to be answered in 20 days or less have gone unanswered as to all the details and aspects of 14019.
