What is the condition of the republic the Founders created?

On July 4, 1776, 246 years ago, the Declaration of Independence was signed, and America was born. Did you also know 50 years to the day in 1826 two of the signers, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson died, only within a few hours of each other? 

The ideals of America existed before it became a country. Other great thinkers knew we were "endowed with unalienable rights", that "all men are created equal", etc. In America, all of it was put on paper in the form of the Declaration of Independence. That government is a necessary evil to be firmly controlled by the Constitution. Knowing the history of civilizations, the Founders wondered how long THEIR creation would last. As recorded by fellow Constitution signer James McHenry in his diary:

A Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia asked Benjamin Franklin, “Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?” With no hesitation whatsoever, Franklin responded, “A republic, if you can keep it.”

Where are we 246 years later? Has the grand experiment of the American Republic failed?

With one of the most outrageous domestic acts in our history, on August 8, 2022, America has become a Third World banana republic where retaliation is taken out on former leaders and the probable opponent of Biden in a future Presidential election! Over 30 ARMED FBI agents in a pre-dawn raid descended on the home of the 45th President of the United States, allegedly over documents requested by the National Archives and purposely bringing a “safe cracker” to break into his safe!

The 4th Amendment

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Reports say, “the FBI was not being judicious about what they took”, nor would they allow Trump's lawyers into rooms as they were searching. In fact, they made them stand OUTSIDE in the 90+° Florida humidity. How honorable! Reports also say they even searched Malania’s wardrobe! For classified documents? President Trump turned over 15 boxes of documents requested by the National Archives earlier this year. The National Archive STILL turned the case over to the Justice Department. Even though President Trump's lawyers were in negotiations with the National Archives for any further information, the raid was ordered anyway. Something that doesn’t happen. That President Trump has classified documents in his possession is disputed by Kash Patel, then Pentagon chief of staff as well as principal deputy to the acting director of national intelligence.

“Trump declassified whole sets of materials in anticipation of leaving government that he thought the American public should have the right to read themselves,” Patel told Breitbart News in a phone interview.

“The White House counsel failed to generate the paperwork to change the classification markings, but that doesn’t mean the information wasn’t declassified,” Patel said. “I was there with President Trump when he said ‘We are declassifying this information.'”

“This story is just another disinformation campaign designed to break the public trust in a president that lived on transparency. It’s yet another way to attack Trump and say he took classified information when he did not,” he added.

Just a thought. Were these alleged documents sought by the National Archives originals? Did President Trump take the Declaration of Independence with him for example? If they were all copies, there was no reason for any of this!

Breaking news. Apparently, the National Archive narrative wasn’t going anywhere. So, we got the band back together in an attempt to recreate the glory days of the Russia hoax! From the Washington Post:

"First of all, I'm a former chief of staff to a United States attorney general. We would never ever have done this. Ever," Levin told Sean Hannity. "Number two, it's 90 days before midterm election. That's outrageous."

"Number three," he continued, "everybody pretty much knows that Donald Trump is going to run in the Republican primary for president of the United States. And so, you have a sitting president who wants to run against him and his attorney general acting like this."

Drawing on his experience with the Department of Justice, Levin said that the U.S. attorney in the District of Columbia, Matthew Graves, had jurisdiction over the Trump presidential records case because the National Archives is located in D.C. Graves is also the U.S. attorney overseeing the Jan. 6 investigations.

Will we find out the warrant was as fraudulent as the string of FISA warrants sworn out to persecute, not prosecute, Trump and his associates regarding the now proven fraudulent Russian collusion hoax including the Hillary paid for Steele dossier? The warrant was granted by judge Bruce E. Reinhart, magistrate judge for the Southern District of Florida.

Reinhart resigned from the South Florida US Attorney’s Office effective on New Year’s Day 2008 and went to work for Epstein’s cohorts the following day. […] Reinhart was later named in a civil lawsuit that accused him of violating Justice Department policies by switching sides in the middle of the Epstein investigation, suggesting he had used inside information about the probe to build favor with the notorious defendant, the Herald reported in 2018.

Leftists and media talking heads that cursed Supreme Court Judges decisions and demanded their impeachment all say in unison that this mere magistrate who issued the warrant has the wisdom of Solomon.

Amazingly, the White House claims it had “no clue” about the raid! So, either Biden is not actually in charge, or they are lying.

If this can be blatantly done to a former President of the United States, NO ONE in this country is safe anymore! Let that sink in.

Let's not forget this administration recently created the George Orwell style Disinformation Governance Board. This administration also unconstitutionally and blatantly defied the 1st Amendment by directing social media outlets to censor “disinformation” seven different times! Unheard of actions in American history.

Ironically, the fraudulent premise for the first impeachment was President Trump strong armed the Ukrainian President to investigate the documented Biden family financial dealings in Ukraine. The created narrative was this demand was made to take out the Democrat nominee, Joe Biden, in the 2020 Presidential election.

This is the same FBI that before the 2020 election took possession of the laptop belonging to candidate Joe Biden's son Hunter containing evidence of voluminous crimes and sat on it, that to this day FBI Director Christopher Wray won't acknowledge they have and are still sitting on it. The same FBI that subpoenaed emails from Hillary Clinton's illegal private server while she was Secretary of State and then allowed her to delete 30,000 emails SHE deemed personal, smash Blackberrys and wipe her computers with no consequences. The same FBI whose Director at the time, James Comey took it upon himself to hold a news conference reciting all the potential charges against Hillary Clinton and then gave himself the authority to declare, “no reasonable prosecutor” would prosecute her.

Recently,

a whistleblower stated the FBI was using counterterrorism tactics to investigate parents considered to be potential “domestic terrorists” at school board meetings.

The same FBI that refused to call Antifa and BLM domestic terrorists despite them causing over $2 billion in damage to American cities with at least 20 known deaths so far.

Meanwhile:

An apparent internal FBI document that leaked Aug. 1 lists the Betsy Ross American flag, the Gadsden “Don’t Tread on Me” flag, symbols of the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, and other imagery as symbols of “Militia Violent Extremists” or MVEs.

The same FBI that pinged cell phones and used surveillance video to follow hundreds of alleged Jan. 6 rioters to their homes for raids and arrests TO THIS DAY has no clue the identity of the suspect who planted a pipe bomb outside the Democrat National Commitee Headquarters on Jan. 6 with video surveillance from numerous angles.

Here's more. The recent comically titled “Inflation Reduction Act” includes hiring 87,000 new IRS agents for “enforcement.” These qualifications are on the job application:

“Major Duties" of the special agent include: "Carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force, if necessary.

Maintain a level of fitness necessary to effectively respond to life-threatening situations on the job."

Be willing and able to participate in arrests, execution of search warrants, and other dangerous assignments.

Also, if you weren't aware, the IRS has been busy stockpiling firearms and ammunition.

2,148 law enforcement officers.

4,461 weapons, including 15 fully automatic weapons (for you lefties, that’s a machine gun)

Over 5 million rounds of ammunition.

Understandably this all sounds outrageous. More outrageous is this is only the tip of the iceberg! Oaths to uphold and defend the Constitution? Following the rule of law? America is certainly in a precariously dangerous place. Maybe the most dangerous ever. The motto of the United States is, "E Pluribus Unum", "From Many, One!" THIS is the secret of American achievement and greatness! How we won the Revolution, WWI, WWII, created the technology to get men safely to and from the moon! ALL you see happening is an attempt to divide us! Yet America, your ancestors, have ALWAYS stood together and turned it around. However bleak, they triumphed. This is OUR time to hold the line and defend all that was bequeathed to us.

Posterity! You will never know how much it cost the present generation to preserve your freedom! I hope you will make a good use of it.

How?

Exercise your 1st Amendment rights:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

SPEAK UP when you see wrong. And be able to explain why it is wrong. Speak to your family, friends and even strangers. Use your social media. Attend your school board, city council and county commissioner meetings and voice your opinion.

Be proud to express your faith, if any, in the public square, as it was intended. Defend the rights of others to do so also.

Express your freedom of the press. A great misconception is this right referred only to journalist, who for the most part have sold their souls for ideology. The Founders meant the printing press itself, with anyone having the right to publish their thoughts.

If the Founders wanted to protect in particular who today we call media, reporters, etc. with "freedom of...the press," then surely the Founders could have written, for example, "freedom of...journalists" or "freedom of...newsmongers."

Place letters in your local papers, or places like SubStack. Also use Podcasts, videos, etc. Wherever you can.

Hold your public officials’ feet to the fire including your Congressman and Senators. Let them know your grievances. Let them know they will be out of work if they are not addressing your concerns by VOTING. Know what each candidate stands for. Don't just vote the party line. Or, if you are so inclined, run for some office yourself! We have over 330 million Americans and for the most part from national all the way down to local offices, THIS is the best we could do?

 America IS your home and culture! Celebrate, honor and remember your heritage. I do.
