Is The Deep State Mirroring The "1798 Sedition Act" Which Expired In 1801, That Punished Speech Or Writing Against The Government With Fines And Jail Time?

Biden suggested prosecuting Gen. Michael Flynn with "the Logan Act", with which no one in American history was ever charged. Why is questioning the 2020 election such a hot button?

Information released in the Justice Department’s motion to dismiss the case it brought against Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn confirms the significance of a January 5, 2017, meeting at the Obama White House. It was at this meeting that Obama gave guidance to key officials who would be tasked with protecting his administration’s utilization of secretly funded Clinton campaign research, which alleged Trump was involved in a treasonous plot to collude with Russia, from being discovered or stopped by the incoming administration.

The meeting where Joe Biden suggested they charge Gen. Michael Flynn with violating the obscure “Logan Act” from 1799 that no one has ever been prosecuted under.

The 1798 Sedition Act

Amazingly, the Sedition Act destroying free speech and a free press, was passed NINE YEARS AFTER THE BILL OF RIGHTS IN 1798!

The Federalist-controlled Congress passed the Sedition Act by a vote of 44 to 41 in 1798. The Sedition Act made it illegal to make false or malicious statements about the federal government. By whose determination? The act was used to suppress speech critical of the Adams administration, including the prosecution and conviction of many Jefferson supporting newspaper owners and a congressman who disagreed with the Federalist Party. There were twenty-five arrests, fifteen indictments, and ten convictions. Curiously, the Sedition Act did not extend enforcement to speech about Vice President Thomas Jefferson, who was a political opponent of the Federalist-controlled Congress. Jefferson was slandered and lied about mercilessly in Federalist leaning papers. Does this sound familiar? The Sedition Act was set to expire March 3, 1801, and its enactment is credited with helping Jefferson win the presidential election. Jefferson pardoned those convicted and jailed under the Sedition Act.

Fun fact: One of the biggest lies against Jefferson was that Americans were going to “have to hide their Bibles in their wells” because Jefferson was an atheist and was going to seize them.

Famous election denials by Democrats

• 2000 Presidential election, Bush v Gore:

  • Bush was “selected, not elected” when the Supreme Court stopped Gore from re-defining counted votes in Florida till he won.

  • The “talking heads” at ABC, CBS and NBC actually wore black dresses and suits with black arm bands to “mourn” the outcome!

  • Thirteen House members urged the Vice President not to certify Florida.

• 2004 Presidential election, Bush v Kerry:

  • Thirty House members urged the Vice President not to certify the election.

  • In a 2015 interview, Kerry still claimed he was robbed because Bush rigged the election.

• 2016 Presidential election, Clinton v Trump:

  • Seven House members objected to multiple states being certified for Trump. Somehow, these were only “protest votes”, as opposed to objections in 2020 which were termed “insurrection votes.” Interesting.

  • 55 Democrat Legislators boycotted Trump's inauguration. Again, a protest. Not “insurrection.”

  • Hillary Clinton to this day claims she was cheated!

• 2018 Governor of Georgia election, Abrams v Kemp:

  • Stacey Abrams who lost by over 50,000 votes, at least twelve different times claimed she was cheated in Georgia.

Funny thing. Never were any one of the above-mentioned people called “an election denier”, threatened with prosecution, removal from office, being disbarred, etc.

Clearing up some falsehoods comparing the 2016 and 2020 elections

• Hillary did not file a lawsuit to contest the 2016 Presidential election. False

  • Hillary joined in on the Jill Stein lawsuit to recount ballots in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. In Wisconsin where it was actually done, the recount validated the original count.

• There was no violence after Donald Trump was elected. False

  • There were protests in 52 American cities, many of them violent.

  • Police were injured and 217 protesters were arrested in the violence at the Trump inauguration with car and store windows smashed and even a limo torched!

  • Then astoundingly, the government dropped all charges against protesters!

• Obama never called for calm after the election or before the inauguration! In fact:

President Barack Obama has little sympathy for President-elect Donald Trump when it comes to the protests against him, and he offered up some advice for his successor: Get used to it.

Why is questioning the 2020 Presidential election different from others? Because there is SO MUCH to question!

Before and after the 2020 Presidential election, with more and more factual evidence every day that it was absolutely NOT "the most secure election in history”, is the Deep State mirroring the Sedition Act?

With 900,000 votes yet to count including absentees, Fox calls Arizona for Biden.

Texas, Florida, etc., had tallies by midnight. Swing states Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, Wisconsin and Georgia STOP counting votes at around 1 a.m. on election day! None of those states reported any additional votes for the next three hours. What were they doing for three hours? This has never happened in Presidential election history. Like stopping the World Series in the middle of the last game till tomorrow!

Fun fact: How do you know that the states I mentioned stopped counting election night? Because all the fact checkers vehemently deny it!

The 2020 universal mail-voting law violated the Pennsylvania Constitution, since, of course, it required a lawful Constitutional Amendment before being enacted. Yet the Supreme Court turned away a lawsuit by Texas and 18 other states, stating Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin violated the United States Constitution by changing election procedures through non-legislative means. Pennsylvania's brief hysterically called it a "seditious abuse of the judicial process,” when what the defendant states had done was actually sedition!

The Supreme Court rejected it without even one judge's signature saying that these four states, unconstitutionally changing laws and rules, to determine the outcome of a national Presidential election, ridiculously did not affect other states, meaning all citizens across the country!

Fun fact: Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg gave over $400,000,000 to election offices to illegally change election procedures and fuel vote-by-mail efforts. As per the Constitution, only state legislatures are permitted to make rules and laws regarding voting.

A more outrageous fact: Media Research Center revealed Facebook has interfered in elections almost 40 times since 2008, including censoring 2022 Senate and House candidates. Most recently actively censoring 2024 Presidential candidates, including Robert Kennedy!

The investigation report which began in March 2022 (which is called SEB2023-25) has finally found “errors” in both the hand count and the machine count from the 2020 election in Fulton County.

What does that mean? It means that none of the three vote counts from Georgia’s 2020 election matched each other.

That’s because illegal ballot images and fake ballots were included in these counts.

Then factor in that the FBI actually committed election interference in the 2020 Presidential election, by calling Hunter Biden's laptop, which they authenticated back in 2019, “Russian disinformation”, and strong-arming social media to do the same! In fact, 17% of Biden voters polled who were not aware of this, and seven other issues about Biden covered up by the media, would not have voted for him! That means of the so called 81,000,000 votes Biden got, 13,770,000 could have gone to Trump, which added to his 74,223,975 would have given him 87,993,975. That this poll was taken in swing states that went for Biden, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin means Trump would have, of course, won them!

Calling those who question the 2020 results “election deniers” is as ridiculous as calling someone a “climate denier.”

The first is not denying an election occurred. The second is not denying that the earth has a climate that has and will continue to change as it has for billions of years. Both are simply questioning the validity of information about either.
