Newly Released Video On The Other Female Protester Murdered On Jan. 6, 2021, Rosanne Boyland
"Nothing that the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) relayed to Ms. Boyland’s family from the Jan. 7, 2021, report turned out to be true, except that she was dead." - Joseph M. Hanneman

Who was Rosanne Boyland?
Rosanne Boyland, 34, was from Kennesaw, Georgia. She traveled with her friend, Justin F. Winchell, 44, to Washington to support the President of the United States that she loved.
Rosanne cared deeply for her family and friends— she ALWAYS greeted and left them with a hug saying, “I love you!” She was dedicated to her sobriety, attending meetings regularly — even the night of January 5th. When most meetings were canceled due to COVID-19, she would arrange to meet informally (usually outside) with her support network because she knew the lock-down was stressful for everyone. Her goal the last several years was to become a certified counselor. She spent a lot of time researching and finding assistance for others to improve or save their lives. Rosanne genuinely cared for anyone in need and went out of her way to help others — often ignoring her needs in the process. (For example: Several times Rosanne collected extra blankets and coats, drove into Atlanta, and gave them out to any street people in need.) - Cara Castronuova, of GATEWAY PUNDIT, who interviewed Rosanna's family
What was reported about her murder by the ill-bred alleged journalists who did no investigation?
The New York Times reported that Boyland was trampled by an angry Trump mob.
Some outlets implied she was a conspiracy theorist. USA Today attempted to link her to Q’anon.
Many other news outlets focused on her past drug addiction problems.
Rosanne was taking Adderall, a prescription amphetamine drug for ADHD or narcolepsy. Her death was cowardly ruled a drug overdose, despite eye witness testimony she was hit with multiple projectiles and numerous blunt force trauma injuries to her head, face and body. Her body was quickly cremated by officials, as was Ashley Babbitt’s, after her murder.
The infamous “January 6 Committee” didn't care at all!
The January 6 Committee was a made for TV show trial of manufactured and cherry-picked evidence to get Trump. They weren't at all concerned with facts, or wrongdoing by police and federal agents, that caused injuries and murder.

Previously unreleased Capitol Police closed-circuit-television footage obtained by The Epoch Times adds crucial new details to the tragic story of Ms. Boyland, 34, of Kennesaw, Georgia, who died after collapsing outside the Lower West Terrace tunnel on Jan. 6, 2021.
The security video deflates claims made in the initial Capitol Police report that Ms. Boyland simply collapsed in the Capitol Rotunda at 5 p.m. on Jan. 6, 2021, and that the officer who observed her “wandering around the Rotunda” immediately began cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Did you catch how ridiculous that sounds?
Over the past 18 months, The Epoch Times has assembled eyewitness accounts, police reports, open-source video, and police bodycam footage as part of its investigation of Ms. Boyland’s death. The new Capitol Police CCTV video was obtained through access granted by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.).
Pepper balls and rubber bullets were used on the protesters
Justin F. Winchell, who traveled to Washington with Rosanne told her family that Rosanne collapsed after being struck in the chest with a projectile, likely a pepper ball. Mr. Winchell also told the Boyland family that Rosanne was struck by rubber bullets, a fact relayed to the D.C. Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, who still listed the cause of death as an overdose!
This is a link detailing the fallacy of all “non lethal” ammunition. Warning. It shows graphic injuries. It was more likely a rubber bullet that caused Rosanne to collapse. Despite supposedly being “non lethal”, traveling at 300ft./sec. it still has significant energy. At close range it is as lethal as regular ammunition. If hit in limbs, possible permanent injury. If hit in the chest or head, near point blank like Rosanne was, serious injury or death.
Stan Kephart, who has testified in court more than 350 times as an expert witness on policing issues, criticized the firing of a pepper-ball launcher in such an environment.
Pepper balls contain PAVA—a powder-based irritant similar to capsicum that forms a small cloud upon impact. Fired by compressed air, the pepper projectiles travel up to 300 feet per second.
The pepper cloud can cause “skin irritation, serious eye irritation, and serious respiratory irritation,” according to one manufacturer’s product literature. “Exposure may result in copious tears, temporary blindness, burning sensation, and difficulty breathing.”
“Using a pepper ball in a confined space is criminally negligent since this tactic would likely cause panic in a compacted crowd that had little or no means of escape,” Mr. Kephart told The Epoch Times. “This is a basic of crowd control—always leave an avenue of escape.
“Second, the short distance in the tunnel makes it more probable than not that the safe distance rule for the use of this ‘less-than-lethal weapon’ was violated, making the discharge potentially lethal. Third, the dispersion of the pepper ball material was intensified by crowd compaction.”
The pepper spray was improperly dispersed by police wearing gas masks in a confined area, depriving the protesters of breathable air. Protesters began to pass out. The ones that didn't, stampeded over the rest, trying to escape.
Purposeful and malicious police misconduct in addition to lack of proper training?
The timeline of events leading up to the murder of Roseanne Boyland on Jan. 6
This is the link to the article I have been quoting with the entire timeline THE EPOCH TIMES obtained for your review. It runs from 4:20:13 PM till 6:09 PM when Rosanne was pronounced dead at George Washington University Hospital. I will list some of the most egregious moments.
4:20:13 PM - A police officer fires rubber bullets from the rear of the tunnel into the tightly packed crowd. A cloud of gas released by police in the tunnel acts on protesters and sets off a stampede for the tunnel entrance. Protesters spill from the tunnel like a waterfall and tumble down the concrete steps outside. The more police push from behind, the deeper the pile becomes.
Rosanna was the first person crushed under the crowd being forced out of the tunnel. From 4:21:41 to 4:25.43, several people were yelling a woman was being crushed and begging police to get her up.
4:25:49 - Several faint coughs from a female voice are picked up on bodycam.
(U.S. Capitol Police/Screenshot via The Epoch Times) A protester who begged police to stop and render aid to Rosanne Boyland on Jan. 6, 2021, was shot in the face with pepper spray.
At 4:26:19 and 4:26:42, police actually pushed people on top of unconscious Rosanne Boyland!
At 4:27:52 PM, while unconscious and helpless, Rosanne was beat about the head and face with a club by Metro Police Officer Lila Morris, who was later promoted.
The densely packed crowd became angry after seeing Ms. Morris emerge on the front police line and hit the lifeless Ms. Boyland with a wooden walking stick. Ms. Boyland was struck three times, bodycam video shows.
“She is laid out, maybe dead at this point, but they hit her at least two times in the body,” Mr. Winchell said in 2021. “And then they hit her once in the face, once right here in her nose, and some blood started coming out of her nose.
Lila Morris, the officer who assaulted Rosanne Boyland

How do we know it was Lila Morris that savagely beat Rosanna Boyland?

FOIA request for identity of the officer who assaulted Rosanne was illegally denied!
The FOIA request for the identity of the officer was flat out denied and the file was closed. This appears to be in direct violation of the rules of the Metropolitan Police, according to DC Code 5-331.09 (Identification of MPD Personnel Policing First Amendment Assemblies).
According to this code, police are required to provide their first and last name as well as badge number upon request and display that information while in uniform. It is also noteworthy that Morris’ name was nowhere in sight on her uniform on the day of January 6th.
Cara Castronuova, of the GATEWAY PUNDIT, discovered Morris' identity by calling several police stations and asking desk officers the identity of the officer with badge number 5869. The information was given readily, despite the official denial by the Metropolitan Police.
Stan Kephart regarding Lila Morris:
Ms. Morris’s use of force was a felonious “assault under the color of authority,” with intent to cause great bodily harm. He said Ms. Morris should be prosecuted in criminal court and fired from the police force. The MPD designated all uses of force on Jan. 6, 2021, as “objectively reasonable,” including Ms. Morris’s striking of Ms. Boyland.
Warning: This link is to a graphic video showing how Rosanne Boyland was being murdered and how she was savagely beaten by Lila Morris while unconscious on the ground.

4:28:10 - protesters were finally able to drag Rosanne out of the tunnel mouth and start CPR.
4:30:37 - Tennessee sheriff’s deputy Ronald Colton McAbee shouted “Get a medic!” Police finally respond.
4:31:56 - The first chest compressions done on Ms. Boyland by MPD officers. A medic from U.S. Park Police takes command of her care.
4:33:08 - MPD Officer Sarah Beaver struggles to prepare the (automated external defibrillator), AED for use. She appears to break the unit. “I don’t know how to do it,” she says in frustration.
4:35:53 - A new AED unit is attached to Rosanne. A computerized voice from the unit says, “Evaluating heart rhythm. No shock advised. Provide chest compressions and rescue breaths.”
4:39:47 - A Park Police medic reports, “I have agonal respiration, no pulse.”
Agonal breathing, or agonal respiration, is the medical term for the gasping that people do when they’re struggling to breathe because of cardiac arrest or another serious medical emergency.
From 4:40:43 to 5:33, Park Police medics, DC Fire and EMS work on Rosanne, getting her inside the building eventually through the Crypt to the Law Library, where emergency crews exit with her to reach the rescue squad, which pulls away at 5:33:40 p.m. During that time, she was given eight shots of epinephrine until the supply ran out.

6:00 PM - The ambulance arrives at George Washington University Hospital.
6:09 PM - Rosanne Boyland is pronounced dead.
a. The killing of another person without justification or excuse, especially the crime of killing a person with malice aforethought or with recklessness manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life.
Apparently, it was open season on white female protesters on Jan. 6
Victoria White courtesy freepressers.com
Victoria White was brutally beaten near death by the US Capitol Police.
According to previous statements by attorney Joseph McBride:
She is hit approximately thirty- five times over the course of 4 minutes and 30 seconds, while appearing to be begging for mercy the entire time. She is hit with the baton while facing away. She is hit with the baton while facing forward. She is speared and poked with the baton about the face so as to inflict maximum pain. She collapses more than once and is stood up by the officers only to be maced and beaten again. At some point, White-shirt puts away his baton, not because he is showing mercy because he has a clear avenue to her face. As such, he unloads on the defenseless woman punching her five times in five seconds, directly in the face, with all of his might.
Incidentally, the cop who beat Victoria was later promoted!
Victoria White was pushed into the Tunnel. She was then BRUTALLY BEATEN by OFFICER WHITE SHIRT. Dozens of baton blows. Punched in the face 5x. A defenseless woman, she is PULVERIZED for wearing a TRUMP Hat.

I thought it was a big deal when police wrongfully assault or kill, no, murder someone. As it should be. Apparently unarmed Ashley Babbitt, Rosanne Boyland and Victoria White exercising their right to peacefully protest on Jan. 6, 2021, not so much. Then their assailants get away with lying about it and even promoted!
Where was their “equal protection under the law”?
A senseless horrible murder of an American woman simply exercising her constitutional right to peacefully protest.
This is wrong on every level while her murderers were never held accountable.
An American tragedy that needs to be made right.
