One Of The Biggest Illegal Land Grabs In U.S. History And NO ONE Cares!
Thousands of acres of private property are forcibly, illegally, being surveyed and seized for CO2 pipelines by private companies under eminent domain.
Troy Becker / The Forum A map of the Summit Carbon Solutions pipeline project as it travels into Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota and Minnesota.
We have a paradox here. The Constitution and Bill of Rights written to protect your rights authorized a violation of your rights by taking your private property “for the common good” then smoothed it over with a “due process clause” in the 5th and 14th Amendments that you are to be fairly compensated.
In the United States, eminent domain is the power of the government to take away someone’s private property. But the Fifth Amendment places two strict limits on eminent domain. First, private property can be taken only for “public use,” or public works projects, like roads and bridges. Second, even if a property is taken for a public use, the owner must be paid “just compensation.”
Eminent domain was intended to be a narrow power and has rightly been called a “despotic” power of government, given its vast potential for abuse: It can destroy lives and livelihoods by uprooting people from their homes, businesses, and communities. For years, the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and similar provisions in state constitutions greatly restricted this power. - Institute for Justice. org
In numerous cases however, private property rights abuses with the help of unconstitutional courts have gone off the rails.
The new outrage. Using eminent domain for the erroneous theory of “climate change” via “carbon capture storage”
Carbon capture and storage (CCS), the process of recovering carbon dioxide from the fossil-fuel emissions produced by industrial facilities and power plants and moving it to locations where it can be kept from entering the atmosphere in order to mitigate global warming. Carbon capture and storage is a three-stage process—capture, transport, and storage—designed to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) released into Earth’s atmosphere by separating it from emissions before it can be discharged. Captured CO2 is compressed before it is transported. A similar process called carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) converts some of the captured carbon into concrete, carbonate rock, plastics, and biofuels before storing the rest.
CO2 and the “global warming/climate change” scam
CO2 is an essential molecule to life on earth for the process of photosynthesis, the process used by plants, algae and some bacteria to turn sunlight into energy. The process chemically converts carbon dioxide (CO2) and water into food (sugars) and oxygen. The chemical reaction often relies on a pigment called chlorophyll, which gives plants their green color. Practically all the oxygen in the atmosphere comes from this process. If photosynthesis ceased, there would soon be little food or other organic matter on Earth, most organisms would disappear, and Earth’s atmosphere would eventually become nearly devoid of gaseous oxygen.
CO2 is falsely claimed to be the driver of global warming by manipulating climate models when it only makes up .04% of the atmosphere. Manmade CO2 can only be responsible for 0.117% of any warming from all combined greenhouse gas including water vapor.
Are you familiar with Michael Mann, creator of the infamous "hockey stick theory", which obliterated two mainstays of traditional climate science: the Medieval Warm Period and the Little Ice Age?
Practically all of these models ridiculously never even consider the effect on earth by the sun which has its own cycles!
The simulation of clouds in climate models remains difficult which accounts for their wide range.
Nearly every single weather station the U.S. government uses to measure the country's surface temperature may be compromised. Sensors that are supposed to be in empty clearings are instead exposed to crackling electronics and other unlikely sources of heat, from exhaust pipes and trash-burning barrels to chimneys and human graves.
The earth is approximately 4 billion years old, and the climate began to change on day 1. The earth has gone through much warmer periods, as when the dinosaurs ruled the planet, to ice ages, where continents were covered in miles of ice. The Romans grew grapes in Britain. Greenland was called that by the Vikings for a reason. Not long after, the Thames River had feet of ice on it. All before the Industrial Revolution!
The fraud was exposed with the East Anglia email hack which revealed without a doubt that global warming/climate change is a scam.
If the “climate crisis” is so dire, why do the fanatics jet all over the world in private jets creating evil CO2? Why did Barak Obama, Al Gore and others spend millions on beach front properties?
According to climate fanatics, the earth should have been destroyed dozens of times already. When we come up to another deadline, they create a new one. Till the Covid plandemic, global warming/climate change was the chief tool to destroy Western civilization. Now the diabolical methods developed to destroy society during the plandemic are going to be used to push the climate change agenda.
“The most important story in America” that no one is “talking about.”

The Bossly family are just one of over 80 South Dakota landowners facing eminent domain lawsuits Summit filed in late April.
These 80+ properties fall in the path of a planned 2,000-mile carbon capture pipeline the company plans to build. The planned project traverses five states and aims to capture carbon dioxide from ethanol plants in Iowa and sequester it underground in North Dakota.
Outrageous behavior
On this particular day, he was nine miles away from his residence when he received a text from his wife, who works as a nurse but was home that day on leave from her job while recovering from gallbladder surgery.
She was in the shower when she heard their front door open and a voice yell “hello.” Mrs. Bossly asked her husband if he was expecting anybody, to which he said no. She then got dressed and went downstairs to see who it was.
Meanwhile, the two men who opened the front door of the house, then walked into Bossly’s shop adjacent to their home before heading back out onto their farmland.
Mrs. Bossly then called him to update him on the situation and he told her to go see who they were.
They identified themselves as surveyors from a company called Summit Carbon Solutions (SCS).
Intimidation
When Mrs. Bossly saw the two surveyors from Summit on their property, she called her husband on the phone. He told her to go up to them and ask who they are. With him on speakerphone, they told her they were surveyors to which he replied that they shouldn’t be there without the Sheriff.
Later on, Bossly’s wife called him back and said that a detective showed up to their property. The surveyors from Summit had gone to the police and claimed that he threatened to kill them, a charge that he vehemently denied.
“I had a six-second conversation with them over the phone,” Bossly said.
The Summit surveyors went on to file a complaint and contempt of court charge that would have forced Bossly off of his property when the surveyors come back. Fortunately, the judge ruled in his favor on his May 31 court date.
Here is a picture of him in court during which over 50 landowners showed up to show solidarity.
This is just one of the tactics that Summit is using to intimidate landowners who do not agree to sign away their property rights. Landowners from eight South Dakota counties have filed complaints about surveyors coming onto their land without consent or compensation.
Even more sinister: they’re coming with armed security guards like something out of Blazing Saddles or Yellowstone.
The company has practically every politician in South Dakota bought and paid for!
In the last legislative session, multiple bills to protect landowners from eminent domain failed, including HB1133, which would have redefined carbon so that it was not a “common carrier,” rendering SCS unable to use eminent domain.
Their senior adviser is former six-term Republican Iowa Governor Terry Branstad, who later served as President Trump’s Ambassador to China. He remains a political powerhouse in Iowa and his support is crucial to political success in the state (which may explain why a certain governor who fancies herself a presidential candidate hasn’t done anything). As a former Iowa governor, Branstad also has massive ties to the ethanol industry.
Former South Dakota Republican Party Chairman Dan Lederman is also listed as a senior advisor for LS2group, a public relations firm working with SCS.
And here’s the kicker: They were a platinum sponsor of Gov. Kristi Noem’s inauguration back in January.
Insult to injury
The Inflation Reduction Act, signed into law by President Joe Biden last year, massively expanded tax credits for carbon capture worth up to $210 billion.
From Jeff Beach at Agweek
Iowa-based Summit Carbon Solutions is behind a $4.5 billion project that covers five states.
There is great concern about the safety of the SCS Carbon Transport pipeline. With the pipe being placed only four feet underground and at 2100 PSI, if this pipeline should happen to rupture, there could be serious human and animal consequences.
Liquid carbon dioxide is a hazardous material, and a rupture of a carbon dioxide pipeline in Mississippi sickened dozens of people. Opponents add that carbon dioxide can render emergency vehicles useless by robbing the air of the oxygen needed for gas engines to run.
The fanatics insist oil and natural gas pipelines are bad. If a liquid CO2 pipeline ruptures, it is really bad!
Another eminent domain abuse for “climate change”
(Reuters) - An Iowa landowner is countersuing a carbon pipeline developer after it sued him and other residents to gain access to their properties for surveying. The family says the Iowa law that allows access to private property for the purposes of energy development amounts to an illegal taking and wants an injunction barring the company from entering. Navigator CO2 Ventures, a partnership between Valero Energy Corp and BlackRock, is proposing the Heartland Greenway, a 1,300-mile network of pipelines that would connect biofuel producers in the Midwest to an underground storage facility in central Illinois where an expected 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide could be sequestered each year, according to the company.
Landowners and conservation groups that say CCS is a largely untested technology, and that the pressurized pipelines that transport liquefied CO2 present health dangers for nearby communities.
Remember the “Standing Rock” dog and pony show?
Greg Price recalls:
A few years ago, one of the biggest stories in the country centered around the Standing Rock Sioux tribe’s protest against the Dakota Access Pipeline, which today carries over 750,000 barrels of oil per day from North Dakota to Illinois.
Despite not crossing through tribal lands and not using eminent domain to build it, the construction of the pipeline led to mass protests, many of which turned violent, as well as wall-to-wall media coverage.
Politicians like Bernie Sanders spoke out passionately against it, celebrities such as Mark Ruffalo, Shailene Woodley, and Jesse Jackson traveled to the protests in North Dakota, and it even led to the leader of the Standing Rock Sioux getting an audience before the UN Human Rights Council.
Well unlike the Standing Rock Sioux, South Dakota landowners are actually facing property loss and it’s for a product that brings almost zero public benefits.
As are American property owners in the four other states, who are literally fighting for their lives, because without their means of supporting themselves and their families they might as well be dead. Why should you care? These are areas your food comes from! Are you aware that American farmers are on “Climate Czar” John Kerry's hit list?
“A lot of people have no clue that agriculture contributes about 33 percent of all the emissions of the world,” Kerry exclaimed. (Agriculture emissions make up only 10 percent of the total in the U.S., according to Fox News.)
We can’t get to net zero, we don’t get this job done unless agriculture is front and center as part of the solution. So, all of us understand here the depths of this mission.
52 years ago, it was global cooling!
From Washington Examiner:
In 1971, global cooling was the climate threat du jour. Dr. Murray Mitchell of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration stated that the planet’s temperature had decreased by “one-half a degree Fahrenheit” since World War II in the 1971 article, titled “New Ice Age?” Claims of longer and harsher winters in Europe since 1940 were also cited. German meteorologist Dr. Martin Rodewald predicted that if this weather pattern continued, Europe “would be covered with the glaciers of a new ice age by the turn of the century.” In 1971, this was the science.
When are we going to be finally so fed up with the “climate crisis” nonsense that we put our collective feet down and say no more and replace public officials with honorable people not colluding with the UN, WEF, WHO and all the other alphabet groups out to destroy us? Time is short!
This is another to add, when State Farm first said it wouldn't issue insurance in Cali I was thinking more along the lines of riots. Forest fires were next. Then Allstate pulled out.
California is the only state in the country that imposes that restriction on insurance policies, ostensibly to keep prices down. The unintended effect is that California residents and investors may struggle to find insurance.
