• The Ukrainian black hole, decimating our military's supply of all small and large, high- and low-tech weapons to such a point it will take years to replenish. Also, the urgency of the unfairness of America with its blood and treasure continuing to carry the load of slacker NATO members is so imperative that “the Bigger Guy”, Obama himself, is getting his hands dirty to quote Biden! Is “the Bigger Guy” getting leaned on too?

• Also unheard of in American history, actively through any means possible short of assassination, trying to remove his chief political rival before the next election.

Different treatment regarding classified documents

18 U.S. Code § 1924 - Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents

(a)

Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.

Donald Trump as President was the only authority who has the power to possess classified documents or declare something classified or unclassified right now! He had unfettered access to everything!

Why was it all if the sudden of the utmost importance to have the dog and pony show raiding Trump? Of course as part of the plan to eliminate him from the 2024 election. But what got them suddenly terrified about what “dirt” Trump had on the Deep State? Stay tuned for a future post!

Possessing classified documents. Time to bust Joe for something they knew he had all along

The FBI maintained more than 40 confidential human sources on various criminal matters related to the Biden family, including Joe Biden, dating back to his time as vice president, according to information obtained by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. 

“An essential question that must be answered is this: did the FBI investigate the information or shut it down? Indeed, if those sources were improperly shut down, it wouldn’t be out of the ordinary for the FBI,” Grassley argued.

Biden as a Senator and later Vice President had absolutely no authority to possess classified documents of any kind! He flagrantly violated the above U.S. Code!

Facts First: Biden’s claim is not true. The special counsel’s report says that while some of the classified documents were found in cabinet drawers in Biden’s Delaware home, other classified documents, about Afghanistan, were found in an “unsealed” and “badly damaged” box sitting in his garage alongside an assortment of other items the special counsel described as “household detritus.” The report includes a photo of the box.

Hur wrote that Biden “should have known” that as a private citizen as of 2017, “he was not permitted to keep handwritten notes about the President’s Daily Brief and other classified information in unlocked drawers in his home.”

Biden claimed of the documents he possessed: “None of it was high classified. It didn’t have any of that red stuff on it, you know what I mean, around the corners? None of that.”

Facts First: Biden’s claim that none of the classified material found in his possession was highly classified is false, according to details provided by the special counsel. Hur reported the discovery of documents in Biden’s possession that had markings identifying them as “Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information,” a very high level of classification – plus handwritten notebooks from Biden’s time as vice president that weren’t marked as classified but that “contain information that remains classified up to the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information level.”

For example, Hur wrote, the open box in Biden’s garage contained an Afghanistan-related memo from the National Security Adviser to President Barack Obama in 2009 marked “TOP SECRET/SCI” (Sensitive Compartmented Information). Hur wrote that experts in the intelligence community said the document contains “highly sensitive information about the military programs of the United States and a foreign government. The unauthorized disclosure of this information, both today and in 2017 when Mr. Biden was no longer vice president, reasonably could be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security.”

Biden categorically denied that he had shared classified information with the ghostwriter, saying he can “guarantee” he didn’t.

Facts First: Biden’s claim is false. Hur did say that, writing explicitly that “Mr. Biden shared information, including some classified information, from those notebooks with his ghostwriter.” He elaborated that Biden shared classified information with his ghostwriter by reading “nearly verbatim” from his notebooks “on at least three occasions,” including his “notes from meetings in the Situation Room.” 

As it is becoming increasingly apparent, the Biden crime family sold the information for cash, which brings up espionage! A U.S. Navy sailor recently got 27 months for stealing secrets to sell to China, also a major employer of the Biden crime family.

Why the “incompetency” defense?

Why did Hur use the “incompetent defense” in the Biden classified document investigation conclusion? Because Biden has been “knowingly” and illegally taking and possessing classified documents or materials his whole political career!

• After Obama put Joe Biden in charge of Ukrainian affairs, in 2014, Hunter Biden was put on the board of the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma.

• Biden threatens the Ukrainian President with withholding $1 billion in aid unless he fires the prosecutor investigating Burisma. The President complied even though he acknowledged the prosecutor did nothing wrong.

Michael Flynn confirms the significance of a January 5, 2017, meeting at the Obama White House. It was at this meeting that Obama gave guidance to key officials who would be tasked with protecting his administration’s utilization of secretly funded Clinton campaign research, which alleged Trump was involved in a treasonous plot to collude with Russia, from being discovered or stopped by the incoming administration.

• At the meeting, Joe Biden suggested they charge Gen. Michael Flynn with violating the obscure “Logan Act” from 1799 that no one has ever been prosecuted under.

In conclusion

Remember the Deep State claiming they would have to drag Trump out of the White House? Biden is such an arrogant sociopathic narcissist; it's going to be very interesting! And Jill will have to be pulled down off the drapes!

And everyone involved, from Obama and his machine all the way to Jill Biden ought to be prosecuted for elder abuse. Biden always was a mean and nasty person. Having said that, even running from his basement, it was a glaring fact Biden was suffering from some kind of mental malady and was and still is being horribly abused as the puppet in Obama’s third term.
