January 6 Gaslighting and Murder

Despite the 2020 Presidential Election being called “the most secure election in American history”, several inconsistencies and anomalies occurred:
With 900,000 votes yet to count including absentees, Fox calls Arizona for Biden.
Texas, Florida, etc., having tallies by midnight. Swing states Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, Wisconsin and Georgia STOP counting votes for the night on election day! Never in Presidential election history. Like stopping the World Series in the middle of the last game till tomorrow!

Conclusion
While these charts don’t prove that any fraud occurred, the fact that all four states exhibit similar anomalies is somewhat suspicious. All four states:
Stopped counting votes on the night of the election.
Had mysterious surges of new votes mostly for Biden that were added in the middle of the night.
Had shifts in the percentage of votes being counted towards Biden after the election and after 90% or more of the votes had already been counted.
These were also the last four states to be called. The media warned us for months leading up to the election that this was the likely scenario (for Trump to win on election night, but for Biden to win after all the votes were counted). This hypothesis seems possible, but it does not explain why the later batches shifted more in Biden’s favor as time went on. If the mail-in ballots counted post-election were mostly for Biden he would have received over 50% of counted votes in these batches, but that was not the case in these four states until after the counting was stopped. This is suspicious to me.
Since mail-in ballots tend to randomized/shuffled with regards to the order they are received, it would make sense that the percentage of votes for one candidate should stay relatively constant over time which does not appear to be the case here.
The odds of all four states exhibiting similar strange behaviors and shifts in how many votes were counted for Biden over time seem improbable if this was not somehow coordinated.
Let alone the evidence of election tampering:
Secretaries of State and State Election Comissions changed election laws concerning signature verfication, post marks on ballots, accepting ballots past election day, etc. Only State Legislators can change election laws!

After the election:
Thousands of sworn affidavits by witnesses of ballot tampering, voting machine tampering, etc. 7,000 in Michigan. On Feb. 20, 2022, Georgia Patriots accompanied by Emerald Robinson videoing with Mike Lindell, presented 40,000 sworn affidavits to Governor Kemp of Georgia’s office.
Could that be the reason the FBI accosted Lindell at a fast-food restaurant and seized his cell phone? Naahhh!
Since the election, other things have come to light:
A study of Maricopa County's mail ballots in Arizona's 2020 presidential election estimates that more than 200,000 ballots with mismatched signatures were counted without being reviewed, or "cured" — more than eight times the 25,000 signature mismatches requiring curing acknowledged by the county.
And Biden won in Arizona by fewer than 11,000 votes? Interesting
The documentary, “2000 mules” that employed GPS phone tracking, (the same method the FBI used to track Jan. 6 suspects), and 4,ooo,ooo minutes of video surveillance of ballot mules making multiple stops at ballot boxes in swing states.
The FBI itself was “spreading disinformation” that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation and instructed Facebook and Twitter to censor anything to the contrary prior to the election. At least 16% of Democrat voters would have voted differently had they known the truth about the Hunter Biden laptop.
The FBI interviewed Tony Bobalinski, a business partner of the Biden family prior to the 2020 election. He told them about all the corrupt Biden family business dealings and validated the authenticity of the laptop! The FBI never spoke to him again, and told news outlets and social media anything he said was spreading disinformation!

the narrow margins of victory in states like Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona,"The difference between President Trump and Joe Biden was 43,000 votes. If half of those people, 21,500 had voted for President Trump instead of Biden, President Trump would still be in the White House." "You can call it rigged. You can call it stolen. You could call it suppressed. The American people can call it whatever they want. But the fact pattern is the FBI alone altered history in that election," he continued.
Let that sink in for a moment.
Michigan elections were so secure a Michigan Dominion voting machine ended up at a Goodwill store and was bought for $7.99. It ended up on EBay and sold for $1,200. Later returned to the state of Michigan which claimed it was “stolen”.
Here are 20 of the most important revelations uncovered by Just the News with substantiating evidence and links. This is the first on the list:
A Foreign Intrusion. Federal authorities have confirmed that two Iranian nationals successfully hacked into a state computer election system, stole 100,000 voter registrations and used the data to carry out a cyber-intimidation campaign that targeted GOP members of Congress, Trump campaign officials and Democratic voters in the November 2020 election in one of the largest foreign intrusions in U.S. election history. The defendants "were part of a coordinated conspiracy in which Iranian hackers sought to undermine faith and confidence in the U.S. presidential election," U.S. Attorney Damian Williams declared in an indictment.
Yet, to even expend a miniscule amount of intellectual curiosity on any of this information I have presented here gets you characterized as a seditious, insurrectionist, treasonous, election denier! This incidentally is the “Gotcha” question for Republican candidates this year. Virginia Republican congressional candidate Hung Cao skillfully answered the question:
Sir, Joe Biden is the president of the United States,” Cao responded. “If you don’t believe me, go to your gas pumps, or go to your grocery stores, and that’ll tell you who is.
On Jan. 6, 2021, the Electoral College ballots were to be certified at the Capital and questions were going to be raised by Republicans based on information I previously mentioned. Since 2001, Congressional Democrats raised questions three times to Republican Presidential Electoral College votes including those of President Trump. In fact, several Congressional Democrats boycotted President Trump’s Inauguration because they claimed he did not win. Were they seditious and treasonous insurrectionists?
Practically everyone knew there was going to be an incident at the Capital on Jan. 6:
Capital Police were warned in December 2020 of possible violence on Jan. 6.
Capital Police were warned from Baltimore that BLM and Antifa were coming to dress up as Trump supporters and riot! Could THAT be who was raising all the hell at the Capital?
Pelosi and Mayor Bowser both refused troops from President Trump.
Capital Police actually welcomed protesters into the Capital itself.
An FBI representative refused to respond to Sen. Ted Cruz whether FBI agents or confidential informants actively participated in the events of January 6, 2021, and whether they committed any crimes of violence or actively encouraged crimes of violence. Again. Who was actually rioting? Especially troublesome in light of their involvement with the Michigan Gov. Whitmire kidnap plot entrapment.
If the Jan. 6 Committee was a real investigative body, it would be asking questions about these facts in addition to asking Pelosi what she knew and when!
Trump supporters were there. The lie that five police officers were killed by rioters was the mantra by media and politicians including Biden. The only actual murder that occurred that day was the shooting of UNARMED Air force Veteran Ashli Babbit by Capital Police Officer Lt. Michael Byrd who was not even charged!

The same Lt. Michael Byrd who in Feb. 2019, left his department issued Glock-22 firearm in a bathroom in the Capital building which was found during a routine security sweep. The abandoned gun had no safety on it to prevent accidental firing, for example, if a child found it.
The Electoral College vote was cancelled with politicians evacuated. It was rescheduled Wednesday evening and without any objections approved. The wailing about “the Insurrection”, despite the alleged insurrectionists being unarmed, began as soon as it started. Donald Trump was named THE chief insurrectionist because, he had questions about the election. Also, coincidentally, being found guilty of insurrection makes someone ineligible to hold office in the United States.
Al Gore, John Kerry and Hilary Clinton still claim they were cheated out of the Presidency. Stacy Abrams still claims she is the rightful Governor of Georgia. Aren’t they seditious, insurrectionist, treasonous, election deniers who should never hold any office again?
The ad nauseam mantra of the “assault on our democracy”, etc.
Note: Democracy is not mentioned once in the United States Constitution. The Constitution does mention “guaranteeing to each state a republican form of government”, (Article IV, Section 4), since America is a Constitutional Republic!
So where are we?
The Jan. 6 Committee was created. Masquerading as a fact-finding body that somehow has ignored all the information I have mentioned about what happened before and after the Jan. 6 incident at the Capital. It is hell bent on destroying Donald Trump and practically anyone ever associated with him including his MAGA supporters.
In fact, the whole Republican party and all its members are being accused of destroying America despite all the evidence presented here to the contrary.
America is a truly dangerous place when you can be persecuted, not prosecuted, and jailed for voicing your opinion.
January 6 Political Prisoners
The FBI thru pinging cellphones, (Patriot Act), and going over 14,000 hrs. of video have raided homes and taken into custody over 800 people who were at the Capital that day and are STILL at it!
Meanwhile, 156 attacks on churches and pro-life organizations across the country with zero arrests, despite video footage! “It’s naïve to think that the largest law enforcement on the globe, with the best forensic technology known to man, doesn’t know a single person who is engaging in these attacks.”
A portion of them are imprisioned at the Washington DC prison. How are they being treated? “Jan. 6 Prisoners Being Stripped, Hogtied, Sexually Abused, Brutally Beaten – One Prisoner Blinded:” PARTICULARLY the Caucasian ones! There are reports of prisoners being beaten for singing the Star-Spangled Banner! They can only dream of being at Guantanamo Bay, or as Rush Limbaugh used to call it, “Club Gitmo”, where they even have chefs to cater to your personal dietary needs!

Which of their Constitutional rights were violated?
First Amendment right to free speech and peaceful protest. Charges of PARADING and Trespassing on property that belongs to “We the People”? How outrageous!
Fourth Amendment violations when KIDNAPPED, not legally arrested, when taken from their homes!
Fifth Amendment violation of being outrageously deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.
Sixth Amendment of a right to a speedy and public trial, informed of the nature of charges against you, the evidence against you, able to cross examine witnesses with access to a lawyer.
Eigth Amendment that excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Warden Wanda Patten, Quincy Booth, the Director of the D.C. Department of Corrections and all the guilty staff at the prison need to be IMMEDIATELY arrested and brought up on charges of human rights violations!
Some other Americans who were charged and served prison time:
Dr. Simone Gold of America’s Frontline Doctors, had traveled to Washington, D.C. to speak at a “Rally for Health Freedom” on the east side of the Capitol. “Where it was incredibly peaceful,” Gold said, adding that she thought protesters were legally entering the Capitol building”. She admitted to following other protesters inside the Capital as was sentenced to 60 days in Federal prison.
Brandon Straka, founder of “Walk Away”, a movement started to walk away from the Democrat party, which was later banned on social media. This is the story of his 13-month nightmare for simply being on the Capital grounds.
Covid-19 Mandates
There is so much deception, lawlessness, anti-science and human rights violations concerning the Covid crime against humanity. There are books written and articles here on Substack and other places by more knowledgeable people than me. I attempt to briefly point out the violations of the Bill of Rights regarding the plandemic.
The heavy-handed use of government executive emergency orders issued over the course of the prior 28 months should give all Americans cause for concern about the protection of our personal liberties and constitutional rights. Americans need to be better informed about not only the economic consequences of government public health lockdowns, but also about the recent and unprecedented infringement on our personal liberties as decreed in the US Constitution.
Mandates are NOT laws and are not enforceable as such. They were arbitrary, capricious and about 99% without any scientific basis. Essentially cash cows with enormous fines created out of thin air:
Churches, Synagogues and Mosques were ordered shut down while strip clubs were allowed to remain open an ABSOLUTE violation of the 1st Amendment! What was heartbreaking was how many closed for almost two years without a whimper instead of saying HOW DARE YOU and defying the orders!
Businesses were arbitrarily declared “essential” or “nonessential” and shut down, with businesses like Wal-Mart serving hundreds of customers allowed open while mom and pop stores, hairdressers, etc., serving a handful were shut. (The absolutely bizarre Governor Whitmire of Michigan not allowing seeds or garden tools sold). DENTISTS were even declared nonessential! All this violating the 5th, 6th and 8th Amendments.
Atilla's Gym in New Jersey refused to close and outrageously amassed over $2 MILLION in fines! New Jersey Governor Murphy actually emptied $165,000 from the bank account of Atilla's Gym! All without due process, violating the 5th, 6th and 8th Amendments. In the case of Atilla's, prosecution of Governor Murphy for outright theft!
Public officials charging into businesses, restaurants, etc., without warrants violating the 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th Amendments.
1-800 “rat lines” established to turn in citizens and businesses which violates their 5th, 6th and 8th Amendments.
Adhering to their oaths to uphold the Constitution, Sheriffs and police chiefs across the country made it known they only uphold laws, not mandates. Sheriffs in Washington state and local police chiefs made it known also. So, the tyrannical Governor Inslee of Washington had to recruit Labor and Industry, health departments, etc., to unconstitutionally terrorize businesses.
Interestingly, in their emergency edicts, Inslee and other governors invoked the “Commander in Chief” language to attempt to legitimate the alleged emergency.
These lockdown orders are not only in violation of the US Constitution, but also of state constitutions that typically allow for short-term emergency decrees by governors of between 14 days to 60 days.
In Washington state, RCW 43.06.220 allows the emergency period to extend 30 days. Then it must be extended by the legislature. Because of a Democrat majority, Inslee is STILL acting under emergency powers and not reined in!
When asked recently why Washington is still in a state of emergency?
The governor’s response: “As we’ve said for two years, it’s to make decisions to keep people safe and that federal money will keep coming so it’s important to keep this in place right now.”
A true confession. It's all about the money!
Actual laws regarding experimental drugs/vaccines:
Federal law provides that at least until a vaccine is fully approved by the FDA, individuals must be presented with a “white sheet” containing ingredients, side effects and what it is supposed to do for you. Then you must have the option to accept or decline the experimental drug. Given the uncertainty about the two vaccines, their EUAs are explicit that each is “an investigational vaccine not licensed for any indication” and require that all “promotional material relating to the Covid-19 Vaccine clearly and conspicuously … state that this product has not been approved or licensed by the FDA but has been authorized for emergency use by FDA” (emphasis added).
All of the COVID-19 mRNA injections (Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna) or vaccines (Johnson & Johnson and Astra Zeneca) have received only EAU authorization and not full FDA approval. Even the Pfizer drug they told you is approved is NOT available in this country.
Therefore, take the shot or you can't go to school, can't travel or be employed to earn a livelihood in addition to violating Federal law, is also a violation of the 1st Amendment if your objection is religious.
As previously stated, mandates are NOT laws even though public officials enforced them as such in violation of the U.S. Code:
Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. For the purpose of Section 242, acts under "color of law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official's lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.
EVERY PUBLIC OFFICIAL ALL THE WAY DOWN TO STATE AGENCIES, LOCAL HEALTH OFFICIALS AND SO-CALLED LAW ENFORCEMENT WHO ENFORCED COVID MANDATES IS GUILTY OF THIS!

Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any state or territory, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law…
