Great comparison with how the story of freedom from Egypt has provided Jewish cohesion over the centuries. That and a belief in the power of God.

Our Flag was put up at 8 Am, on a 20 ft flagpole, I put what few decorations we still have up. She will be put up at 8 AM again tomorrow. She doesn't fly much since the CHINESE OWNED, ELECTION STEALER SAT IS SCRAWNY SICK BUTT, IN TRUMPS SEAT. IT IS MY WAY OF PROTESTING. Retired Military Wife. I made him turn off the kneelers reminding him he'd be buried under Our Flag the one he served 20 years under. And we sure don't do tranny, pride, blm, antifa.

Kroger/Walmart are making sure Tranny beer sells for the 4th, it is all they have. The few 12 packs of Coors or PBR rare, 2 PBR, I snagged 1, 4-12 packs of Coors was left.

I love Patriotic and old Gospel music. Remember when Rush went deaf and had to have a Cochlear Implant, he said he could not hear new music right, only those songs in his memory. Wearing hearing aids as I do, I'm limited to lower-range singers, and older music. Even speaking range is an issue. Too much background noise drives my aids crazy and blocks what I can hear.

We had a quiet one as only my eldest came. Hub put the Flag up at 8 AM, we had ribs, baked beans, corn in the husk, and apple pie, from my canning last year. The promised storm held off, and the neighboring kids set off their fireworks. The dogs don't like it; thankfully, I can't hear it. We watched the Real Rin Tin Tin I found by accident on Prime, WW1, found as a pup, and his German (captured prisoner) mother's owner trained him for the Private who found him, who went on to be a big Hollywood Star. Nice comedy piece.
