PA voters scurry to fix mail-in ballots after ruling

Some of Pennsylvania’s largest counties were among those working Monday to help voters fix mail-in ballots that have fatal flaws such as incorrect dates or missing signatures on the envelopes used to send them in.

Elections officials in Philadelphia and Allegheny, which includes Pittsburgh, announced measures they were taking in response to state Supreme Court orders in recent days that said mail-in ballots may not be counted if they lack accurate handwritten dates on the exterior envelopes.

Some PA counties rightfully were not letting voters fix their mistakes.

Personal comment: As in Washington state where I live, the instructions to fill out, sign and date your ballot are clear and in English! If you are unable to follow those simple directions, you do not deserve to cast a vote!

In a recent essay, I wrote: “The overwhelming narrative is Democrats are going to suffer a devastating defeat to Republicans because of crime, the economy, fuel prices, inflation, open borders, etc., in the Nov. 8 election. And so — but we are seeing, as I just mentioned in my topper, an alarming number of Republican officials suggest they will not accept the results of this election. 

Because they don't want to win?

Biden that evening gave a speech that intentionally or unintentionally gave some very clear messages about the 2022 election on this Tuesday, Nov. 8.

Last year, Biden issued Executive Order 14019, “Promoting Access to Voting.”

Fourteen months later, the Biden administration has yet to provide ANYTHING that would fulfill the public records request! A direct violation of the Department of Justice’s 20-day FOIA response rules. Biden is spending taxpayer money to accomplish whatever obviously nefarious actions that are being performed. We deserve to know!

That the Biden Administration still won’t answer should greatly concern every American! Perhaps, we've seen the results of 14 months of work.

The expected “Red Wave” on election day has somehow become just a trickle, with the results of many races to take days or weeks, as predicted by Biden in his recent speech.

Here are some “interesting” election day “mishaps”, that would be akin to going to play the World Series without your glove or bat. Or showing up to the Super Bowl without your shoes or uniform:

• In Maricopa County, Arizona, that has a budget of $4.5 Billion dollars and the largest population in Arizona, brand new Diebold voting machines “malfunctioned”. Technicians were sent across the county to “fix the problem”!

• Unlike judges that extended voting hours after voting mishaps in other states, a judge in Maricopa County put his thumb on the scale and denied a motion by the Republican National Committee, Republican Governor candidate Kari Lake and Republican Senate candidate Blake Masters, even though state law decrees a 13 hour voting day.

• Also in Maricopa County, Arizona, total ballot count will be delayed to after the weekend, since a HISTORIC 290,000 votes were dropped off on election day. In addition, since the printed ballots are so smeared the machines can't read them, 25% of the ballots are being rejected! Poll workers have faulty printers and ballot readers. Calls to Maricopa County for replacement equipment are going unanswered! It would be interesting to find the majority party affiliation of the voters in these ignored polling places.

• This is the same Maricopa County that had a forensic audit after the 2020 Presidential Election that showed over 54,000 fraudulent, faked and otherwise invalid ballots — more than five times the margin of “victory” for Joe Biden!

• In Pinal County, Arizona, officials reported running out of ballots Tuesday at about 20 polling sites.

An interesting side note in Arizona is Democrat candidate for Governor, Katie Hobbs, is also the Secretary of State so will be overseeing her own election!

• The race between Republican Adam Laxalt and Democratic Senator Catherine Cortez Masto is razor thin as votes in Nevada continue to be counted.” Overwhelmed election officials in Nevada say that they have been flooded by thousands of mail-in ballots, and that it may take several days to count the votes and upload results. Last year, the state began requiring that mail-in ballots be sent to every registered voter. While ballots must be postmarked by Election Day, they can be counted if they arrive as late as Saturday," the New York Times reports. 

• The latest in Nevada? Republican Adam Laxalt trailing several points behind Democratic US Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto for much of the campaign gained a slim lead over the incumbent on Friday morning.

Washoe County had been running livestream cameras to show the vote counting taking place at its complex in Reno. On Wednesday night, those cameras inexplicably went dark, and they remained so until Thursday morning, according to the Reno Gazette-Journal. (Emphasis mine)

In a linked news release, Washoe County spokeswoman Bethany Drysdale said, “The livestream computer application lost connection with the courtesy cameras at 11:24 p.m. the evening of November 9. All staff had left for the night about 60 minutes earlier and did not arrive back at the office until 7 a.m. Connection was restored at 7:53 a.m. the morning of November 10.”

Adding fuel to the speculative fire, ballots from Washoe County on Wednesday night helped push a Democrat over a GOP candidate for secretary of state:

Tonight's ballots from Washoe County pushed Democrat Cisco Aguilar into a lead over GOP Secretary of State candidate Jim Marchant, which will hold. If Finchem loses in AZ - down by 109k votes rn - every "America First" SecState candidate will have lost.

• In Pennsylvania, where 700,000 votes were “found” in Philadelphia for Biden in the 2020 Trump/Biden election, in Lucerne County, Pennsylvania, 44 polling places simultaneously ran out of paper for ballots!

BREAKING: In Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, a judge just ordered the polls to stay open until 10 p.m. because voting machines literally ran out of paper.

• In an undercover video at a Philadelphia polling station, Project Veritas journalists were told to vote for Shapiro and Fetterman only feet from the door. In fact, their campaign posters were on the building outside the door!

• In Mercer County, Virginia, all the voting machines were “down”.

• “After Dominion Voting machines in Mercer County, New Jersey, failed to read ballots, forcing voters to complete paper ballots, hundreds or even thousands of those paper ballots have now disappeared.”

• Voting machine “mishaps” in Harris County and Bell County, Texas. Chesterfield County, Virginia.

Undoubtedly, technicians were dispatched to “fix the problem”!

• Suffolk County, New York had a “massive cyber attack” and would have to run their elections from the State Board of Elections. Coincidentally, Republican candidate for Governor Lee Zeldon's home district!

• In Georgia, the two most populated counties in the state — Gwinnett and Fulton Counties — reported long lines and malfunctioning machines at polling stations. In Gwinnett, five precincts experienced issues with their voting machines and had to temporarily use paper ballots. In four precincts, the machines failed to recognize voter identification and print ballots. The fifth polling station was missing power cords, and the voting machines crashed after their batteries died. (Emphasis mine)

Vote Spikes

In the 2020 Presidential Election, there were numerous documented instances of vote spikes overnight for Biden in the swing states. Vote spikes also occurred in this 2022 Midterm:

In Closing

Despite the wailing about the attack on our democracy, every other democracy in the world has election day, just like the United States used to before all the trickery. They don't use mail in ballots or only in rare occasion with very strict rules because they all know mail in ballots are the perfect way to cheat. ‘Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud.” - the bipartisan 2005 report of the Commission on Federal Election Reform, chaired by former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker III.

What are the downfalls of early voting?

A woman who died nearly two weeks before Election Day was re-elected by Tennessee Democrats anyway.

Tennessee state Rep. Barbara Cooper died on Oct. 25 at the age of 93.

Then the unforgettable debate when John Fetterman finally debated Dr. Mehmet Oz and 640,000 mail-in ballots were already cast!

We’ll never know how many had serious voter remorse.
