Our Ignorance Of The Constitution and Bill Of Rights Is Destroying Us!
If you don't know the Constitution, how do you know when it's being violated? If you don't know your rights, you don't have any!
Whenever the people are well informed, they can be trusted with their own government; that whenever things get so far wrong as to attract their notice, they may be relied on to set them to rights.
A survey found 70% of Americans have never read or have no idea of what is written in the Constitution. A third could not name the three branches of government. Consequently, 19% don't think democracy is the best form of government, 29% think it a nuisance for the chief executive (President) to have to campaign for election, and 49% don't think elections are necessary at all, just hire "experts" to take care of things. (Who exactly is supposed to hire these "experts" they didn't say.) Most disturbingly, when college students were asked if they would give up their Constitutional rights for a free education, MOST AGREED!
Based on observable actions of our elected and appointed officials, the percentage that hasn't read the Constitution is much higher, which among voluminous other things, is why they are not furious about the Biden created, and not approved by the Senate, position of Climate Envoy he filled with John Kerry. Kerry signed an โagreementโ, aka, treaty with 12 countries on your behalf including Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, and Spain, to crack down on farming to โsave the planetโ from โclimate change.โ
What does the Constitution say about this?
Article II, Section 2, Paragraph 3:
He, (the President), shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments. (emphasis mine)
Summing it up:
The Executive Branch signed a treaty not approved by the Senate with 12 countries over climate change.
The person signing the treaty, not even the President, is in a created position whipped up out of thin air by Biden, was not approved by the Senate.
Since Congress by law did not even create this position, the whole thing is null and void, especially the position, giving Congress another impeachable offense against Biden.
All anyone, including our oblivious or conspiring legislators had to do, is read the Constitution and conclude what I just told you!
Our legislators are not sufficiently apprized of the rightful limits of their power; that their true office is to declare and enforce only our natural rights and duties, and to take none of them from us. - Thomas Jefferson
Who swears an oath to the Constitution and why
A question. Why do only the military, elected and appointed public officials swear an oath to the Constitution while you do not? Because YOU wrote it! These other Americans are swearing an oath of allegiance TO US, the rest of the American people, to uphold and defend the Constitution, their rule book, as promise of their service to the rest of us!
In questions of power, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the constitution.โThomas Jefferson
Other violations of the Constitution and the oath to it
A completely wide open Southern border with millions invading, including thousands of military age Chinese and Afghan men.
Article IV Section 4 of the Constitution
โThe United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.โ
Biden claiming power to forgive student loans.
Article I, Section 9, Clause 7
No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.
Biden altering Title IX legislation to include transexuals.
Article I Section 1 of the Constitution
โAll legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.โ
The Constitution regarding the serious crime of treason
Article III Section 3 of the Constitution
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
From FOX NEWS: Did Joe Biden sell out America?
The Oversight Committee has already obtained thousands of pages of financial records related to the Biden family and has traced millions of dollars from China and Romania to the Biden family and their associates. Americans are asking: What is the Biden family business? They donโt sell anything, they donโt have lucrative assets generating income, yet they receive millions from around the globe. What are they selling? Influence and access.
Did the FBI with the blessing or under the direction of the Department of Justice betray the American people by routinely interfering in free elections?
The Durham Report detailing how the FBI participated in the fraudulent Russia Collusion scheme.
The FBI had evidence of Biden family corruption and bribes regarding Ukraine since 2017 and sat on it to allow the duly elected President Trump to be impeached.
The FBI calling the Hunter Biden Laptop Russian disinformation to actually manipulate the 2020 Presidential election!
Even going so far as to strong arm social media companies to censor โdisinformationโ about the validity of the laptop.
Can treason be committed by โWe the Peopleโ?
Absolutely! Anyone actively working with or for the enemies of the United States to destroy us is committing treason against the rest of us! Destroying our energy and financial systems are only two examples. The ultimate act of treason? Destroying our most precious resource. Our children! They all deserve the prescribed punishment!
Understanding your obligations and responsibilities
This experiment called America began 247 years ago. You have enjoyed its benefits all your life. If you came here to be an American the legal way, congratulations and welcome! Like anything else, it needs to be maintained. How long would your house or car last without maintenance? Simply by reading and being familiar with the Constitution, all I have discussed is glaringly apparent. As an American, you have a duty and obligation to all those who came before you that shed blood and even died to create this country, to keep it and pass it on to your children and the generations to come. How?
By knowing the contract, the Constitution, between โWe the Peopleโ and those who choose to serve us in the government we created for our common good.
To know when elected and appointed public servants break the contract and that there will be consequences.
As the happiness of the people is the sole end of government, so the consent of the people is the only foundation of it, in reason, morality, and the natural fitness of things. - John Adams, Proclamation adopted by the Council of Massachusetts Bay, 1774
The Bill of Rights
The Bill of Rights was added to the 1787 Constitution and ratified in 1791. Without it, all 13 colonies would not have ratified the Constitution because they didn't feel it was binding enough on the government. It draws the line that the government is forbidden to cross regarding your personal rights. In three previous posts, The Bill of Rights: Part I, Part II and Part III, I list the ten rights and the various ways they have been violated throughout our history, including the modern-day blitzkrieg occurring. If you have not done so, I urge you to review each post. If you don't know your rights as spelled out in the Bill of Rights, how will you defend them?
Blitzkreig, military tactic calculated to create psychological shock and resultant disorganization in enemy forces through the employment of surprise, speed, and superiority in matรฉriel or firepower.
We are most certainly at war for our very survival, succumbing to tactics such as these!
The Pocket Catechism on the Constitution of the United States
This concern that Americans know and understand the Constitution is not new. In 1828, Arthur J. Stansbury put together a book geared toward young people consisting of 333 questions and answers concerning government, the United States, its history, and a detailed explanation of the Constitution called "The Pocket Catechism on the Constitution of the United States". It is very straightforward and uncomplicated, and I highly recommend it for any adult or as a gift to your child or grandchild. It is not a long or hard read. The love and veneration of the Constitution are clearly evident. From question 33,
Let every American learn, from his earliest years, to love, cherish and obey the Constitution. Without this he can neither be a great or a good citizen; without this his name will never be engraved with honor in the pages of our history, nor transmitted, like that of Washington, with praises and blessings to a late posterity.ย
Question 182. Who executes the laws which Congress has made (that is, who takes care that everybody shall obey the laws)?ย A.The President of the United States.
Question 183. Can he make the law?ย A. Not at all. These two powers-of making law and executing law-are kept entirely separate by the Constitution: the power that makes the law cannot execute it, and the power that executes it cannot make it. (The Legislative and Executive branches, respectively.)
Question 242. Has he, (the President), any other duty?ย A. Yes, he has one great, general, and constant duty for which all this power is put at his command: To take care that the laws shall be faithfully executed (that is, that whatever Congress orders SHALL BE DONE, and that WHOEVER disobeys the laws shall be punished).
Question 69 asked if the President can be impeached and punished, (yes), but the whole answer is more important:
In this free and happy country no man is so great as to be above the law. The laws are supreme; to them all persons, from the President of the United States to the poorest and meanest beggar, must alike submit. This is our glory. Let every youthful American exhult that he has no master but the law; let him mark the man who would change this happy state of things as the enemy of his country; and above all let him remember that as soon as he himself breaks that law, he himself becomes that enemy. Whoever violates the law helps weaken its force, and, as far as he disobeys, does what in him lies to destroy it; but he who honors and obeys the law strengthens the law, and thereby helps to preserve the freedom and happiness of his country. In some governments it is held that "the king can do no wrong;" here we know no king but the law-no monarch but the Constitution. We hold that every man may do wrong; that the higher he is in office, the more reason there is that he be obliged to answer for his conduct; and that as a great officer, if treacherous, is a great criminal, so he ought to be made to suffer a great and exemplary punishment.
Ponder those thoughts in light of what I previously mentioned in this post.
The last hope of human liberty in this world rests on us. - Thomas Jefferson
Ignorance is what got us here. Knowledge combined with action will save us
A good example. The Founders believed that men are inherently flawed. They believed that where power concentrates, so does tyranny.ย The Founders created a system with three branches. Each branch would naturally use their ambitions to check the ambitions of the other branches:
Between the states and the federal government.
Between the branches of the federal government.
Ambition must be made to counteract ambition.

The Appropriations Clause, the power of the purse
ARTICLE I, SECTION 9, CLAUSE 7
No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.
The Congress, specifically the House, has sole power to decide how money is spent or not spent. In this post I detail the corrupt actions of the FBI. The House has the power to defund the FBI right now and shut down the corrupt operation! Amazingly, they are actually figuring that out!
They could also defund โClimate Envoy Kerryโ flying his private plane around the world on our dime.
Better yet. The House could defund the Dept. of Homeland Security till Mayorkas decided to do his job and close the border, instead of the dog and pony show where Mayorkas lies and gives the finger at House hearings and continues the invasion! Without government funding, to get to Panama to direct the invasion of the U.S. from the ground observed by Michael Yon, Mayorkas might have to hitchhike!
Demand that your Representative grows some and takes these actions!
The pocket Constitution/Declaration of Independence and the pocket Catechism of the Constitution of the United States
The war to save our country unfortunately can go either way at this point. There are spiritual and moral aspects. Also, a Constitutional aspect. Are you equipped to fight for any or all of these?
From the Constitutional aspect, I am offering paid subscribers a copy of the pocket Constitution/Declaration of Independence and the pocket Catechism of the Constitution of the United States. I will be implementing other ideas as they are developed.
If the citizens neglect their duty and place unprincipled men in office, the government will soon be corrupted . . . . If a republican government fails to secure public prosperity and happiness, it must be because the citizensโฆ elect bad men to make and administer the laws. - Noah Webster
Spot on! We are ramping up a campaign in Arizona to ban all voting machines and restore a constitutional conventional election, realizing that so much of our election system is violating federal and state constitutional laws. Itโs been right in front of us the whole time.
David, the statistics in the first paragraph are astounding. My question is will this country still exist 25 years from now?
