Terrified Chuck Schumer Violates First Amendment By DEMANDING Journalist Cease and Desist Exposing Jan. 6 Insurrection Fraud

There are 44,000 hours of Jan. 6 video footage. You only saw what backed the lie.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

What exactly were the “lies” Tucker Carlson was spreading?

• Capitol police officers were seen escorting Jacob Chansley, a Navy veteran widely referred to in the liberal media as the "QAnon Shaman," around the building without incident. Carlson reported that officers were seen showing Chansley around, even trying to open locked doors for him. At one point, at least nine police officers were seen in close proximity to Chansley, and none of them slowed him down, as Carlson noted. 

  • Chansley was later arrested and federally charged for "knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds." He was sentenced to nearly four years in prison. 

  • "If he was in fact committing such a grave crime, why didn't the officers who were standing right next to him place him under arrest?" Carlson asked. 

• Officer Brian Sicknick, whom the media alleged was "attacked" by the mob and once falsely claimed was hit in the head with a fire extinguisher. 

  • Sicknick was seen walking normally while guiding Trump supporters out of the building as he wore a helmet, which appears to contradict the media narrative that he died of a head injury. 

• The third batch of footage showed Ray Epps, the man caught urging Trump supporters to go into the Capitol the night before the Jan. 6 riot, seen on the grounds at least 30 minutes after the time he told House Select Committee regarding a text he sent to his nephew, claiming he was already heading back in his hotel. As Carlson noted, that false claim to congressional investigators is itself a crime.

  • The lack of any criminal charges against Epps has fueled suspicion from critics that he had coordinated with the FBI leading up to the riot. 

• Democratic lawmakers pushed the narrative that some of their GOP colleagues aided rioters ahead of Jan. 6, singling out Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., of leading a "reconnaissance mission" through the Capitol building the day before. In reality, Loudermilk was seen in footage giving a tour in a congressional building down the street to constituents, none of whom were linked to the so-called "insurrection”.

• Carlson also refuted the viral footage singling out Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., who the House Select Committee claimed "fled" from the mob in a cowardly manner when in reality the full footage shows he was among several lawmakers who were rushed away from the Capitol by police with him on the tail end of the group.

  • "The clip was propaganda, not evidence," Carlson said.

Who else is affected by the selective editing of 44,000 hours of Capital video footage every American should see in its entirety?

• The approximately 1000 Americans the Justice Department has arrested in connection with Jan. 6, 2021, whose attorneys have not been given full access to video that could exonerate their clients under the guise of “national security”.

  • Violating their 4th Amendment rights “to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.”

  • Violating their 5th Amendment rights “nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”

  • Violating their 6th Amendment rights of “the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial” and “to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.”

  • Violating their 8th Amendment rights that “excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”

• The political prisoners languishing in the Washington DC gulag, whose rights have been violated as I just mentioned, have actually been in that horrid prison almost since Jan. 6, 2021!

• The families of Ashli Babbit and Rosanne Boyland, both unarmed and murdered on Jan. 6, 2021, so they can criminally and civilly go after their killers.

Earth to Chuck. No democracies around here. The United States is a Constitutional Republic! Tucker Carlson is showing the video footage Pelosi, Adam Schiff, yourself, the Jan. 6 Committe, the Justice Department, etc., hid from Americans to perpetrate the lie that there was an insurrection on Jan. 6. That got innocent Americans unconstitutionally arrested and jailed because the government withheld evidence that would have proved them innocent.
