13 Senate Republicans sent a letter to Biden warning that his appointment of Ann Carlson as NHTSA Administrator overseeing aggressive fuel efficiency regulations is illegal, nullifying recent actions her agency has taken.
In circumvention of the Senate’s constitutional responsibility to provide advice and consent on presidential nominations, you appointed Ms. Carlson to lead the agency after her nomination to be NHTSA administrator failed in the face of significant Senate opposition due to her extreme policy views, radical environmentalist record, and lack of vehicle safety experience," the letter stated.
Ms. Carlson’s appointment as acting administrator not only violates the Federal Vacancies Reform Act (Vacancies Act) but also renders the agency’s actions while she has held herself out as acting administrator invalid," Cruz and the other Republicans added. "We urge you to immediately replace Ms. Carlson as acting administrator and name a new nominee as soon as possible.”
If the House was doing its job, they would just stop paying her. Problem solved!
The Secretary of Energy Granholm's electric clown car tour
Granholm and her entourage used a fleet of electric vehicles to travel from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Memphis, Tennessee, with town hall events along the way. The purpose of the trip was to “draw attention to the billions of dollars the White House is pouring into green energy and clean cars.”
Ms. Granholm’s four-day EV trip this summer through the southeast illustrated the “experts” ignorance of the present or even future unfeasibility of demanding we change to all electric vehicles by 2030. One incident involved a member of her team traveling ahead to reserve a rapid charger by using their gas-powered vehicle to block access for other EVs, infuriating a family with a baby in their vehicle to the point that they called the police.
If the Biden administration can’t make it from Charlotte to Memphis without an incident, then how do we expect that all of our non-tactical military fleet is going to get transitioned by the year 2030 without having big issues? Not a doctor, virologist, climatologists, meteorologist, etc., yet dictates to the world all these things by throwing money at individuals and groups with bought and paid for influence. The Gates Foundation gives almost as much money to the WHO as the U.S., which explains his sway over it.

Recordings showed that Nuland was meddling in domestic Ukraine affairs, had direct contacts with key opposition leaders, and was managing the protests to the extent she was deciding who would and would not be in the post-coup government! She was even involved in the overthrow of President Yanukovych in 2014 and continues meddling and manipulating U.S. - Ukraine and U.S. - Russian foreign policy to this day.
So, let’s see if we can sort this out: Nuland claims she actively chose not to be part of a briefing that she was not aware of until after it had happened. How is that possible?
