No. 8, 2016. The day the earth stood still? After Pennsylvania tried desperately to find more votes in Philadelphia, they released their total and Donald Trump had beaten Hillary Clinton. Hillary disappeared for hours and reportedly raged out of control. Then it sank in on Obama, Hillary, Clapper, Brennan, Comey, Sally Yates, and all the rest that unless they hid or destroyed the evidence, Trump would find out they were actually working with perps in Ukraine to thwart his election.
Serhiy Leshchenko is a Ukrainian politician and journalist who worked closely with both top Hillary Clinton donors, George Soros and Victor Pinchuk, as well as with the US Embassy in Kiev.
Artem Sytnyk, director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), released Paul Manafort's “Black Book” with Ukrainian lawmaker Serhiy Leshchenko. The “Black Book” was an alleged ‘black ledger’ of off-the-book payments from the Russian-backed Party of Regions in Ukraine to Manafort. Manafort was a target because he was chairman of the Trump Campaign and was forced to resign.
The FBI’s public reliance on the ledger came months after the feds were warned repeatedly that the document couldn’t be trusted and likely was a fake, according to documents and more than a dozen interviews with knowledgeable sources.
Fun fact: Knowing the “black ledger” was fake, the FBI cited a specific article about the ledger as evidence Manafort was paid to perform U.S. lobbying work for the Ukrainians, in arguing probable cause for a search warrant for Manafort’s bank records.
“The April 12, 2017, Associated Press article reported that DMI [Manafort’s company] records showed at least two payments were made to DMI that correspond to payments in the ‘black ledger,’ ” an FBI agent wrote in a footnote to the affidavit.
What wasn't disclosed?
That both FBI officials and Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutor Andrew Weissmann, who later became Mueller’s deputy, met with those AP reporters one day before the story was published and assisted their reporting.
Ukrainian government officials tried to help Hillary Clinton and undermine Trump by publicly questioning his fitness for office. They also disseminated documents implicating a top Trump aide in corruption and suggested they were investigating the matter, only to back away after the election. And they helped Clinton’s allies research damaging information on Trump and his advisers, a Politico investigation found.
Obama and cohorts decided to stay on the offensive and just keep up the Trump Russian Collusion hoax, by insisting Putin had interfered in the election and helped Trump win. In addition, that he, his family and associates were still working for Putin.
Once Trump was the duly elected President, the concerted coup began between Obama, the traitorous deep state and the media with our “allies” in on it, to remove him from office by whatever means necessary!

Information released in the Justice Department’s motion to dismiss the case it brought against Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn confirms the significance of a January 5, 2017, meeting at the Obama White House. It was at this meeting that Obama gave guidance to key officials who would be tasked with protecting his administration’s utilization of secretly funded Clinton campaign research, which alleged Trump was involved in a treasonous plot to collude with Russia, from being discovered or stopped by the incoming administration.

What is “unmasking”?
The US intelligence community commonly uses the term “unmasking” in reference to revealing the identity of someone on a monitored communication. To protect their right to privacy, intelligence agents will “mask” the information, and refer to the American citizen by an alias such as “U.S. Person One” when they report or transcribe the correspondence. Leaking an “unmasked” name to the media or public is illegal.
Fun fact: Samantha Power illegally unmasked over 260 persons in her last year as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations in an attempt to uncover associates of President Trump.
She “was ‘unmasking’ at such a rapid pace in the final months of the Obama administration that she averaged more than one request for every working day in 2016,” even seeking “information in the days leading up to President Trump’s inauguration.”
Mark Levin’s Landmark Legal Foundation requested the FISA court to investigate leaks on Trump associates
Many former associates of President Trump were then identified in news reports, most likely from the requests. Landmark argued that this was an illegal abuse of the FISA process.
The filing referred to a number of articles from the Washington Post, New York Times, the BBC and others which contained information related to the FISA Court, which was established under the 1978 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and oversees requests for surveillance warrants against foreign intelligence operations.

How the Mueller investigation was actually illegal and unconstitutional
1.Rosenstein’s special counsel order identified collusion as the crime, but no such crime exists in US Law.
2. Mueller’s investigation exceeded the scope of special counsel law which requires the scope of a special counsel to be specific. Rosenstein created the special counsel with a scope that is so broad it was not supported by this law.
Paragraph (b)(ii) of the Appointment Order purported to grant Mr. Mueller further authority to investigate and prosecute “any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation.” That grant of authority is not authorized by DOJ’s special counsel regulations. It is not a “specific factual statement of the matter to be investigated.” Nor is it an ancillary power to address efforts to impede or obstruct investigation under 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a).
3. Mueller accepted the special counsel position with glaring conflicts of interest.
The special counsel statute specifically prohibited Mueller from serving if he has “a personal relationship with any person substantially involved in the investigation or prosecution.” The language is mandatory. He “shall” disqualify himself.
Comey was the central witness. Mueller and Comey worked together. Mueller in fact, was Comey's mentor.
4. Rosenstein and Mueller’s entire team had known conflicts of interest.
Rod Rosenstein signed a FISA application to spy on Trump, but he never recused himself from the Mueller investigation. Mueller brought in a team of Obama and Clinton disciples to form his investigative team with no intention of performing an independent and objective investigation. The entire team came from two sources. Corrupt bias leftists who had represented the Clinton Foundation. Or DOJ and FBI that let Hillary go in her obvious crimes related to her email scandal. It included the “adulterous texting FBI sweethearts” Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, whose texts led to bias and potential criminal actions.
5. The Investigation exceeded the scope of Jeff Sessions’ recusal of only 2016 campaign related matters. Mueller’s scope was much broader. Sessions was derelict for not stepping in and rectifying the situation.
Problem 1: Rosenstein was “acting attorney general” only on matters Sessions had recused himself. Sessions only recused himself from DOJ investigations of 2016 campaign. 6. Rosenstein’s original authorization to Mueller extended only to “Russia government collusion” in the 2016 campaign. By authorizing and allowing Mueller to press charges against Manafort for 2006 actions, Rosenstein violated his authority.
7. Rosenstein did not have authorization over tax crimes. Only the Assistant Attorney General in charge of Tax Division has that authority.
8. Rosenstein’s letter told Mueller only to look to him for clarification of his authorization. Rosenstein was not the Attorney General of the United States and had no authority to supervise Mueller for matters that did not relate to Sessions’ recusal.
9. By Rosenstein issuing his expanded authorization to Mueller in secret, Rosenstein created a secret inquisitor, unelected and un-appointed by elected officials, with all the powers of the federal criminal law enforcement, but none of the democratic checks and balances.
10. The special counsel law requires that the Attorney General create the special counsel when a criminal investigation is warranted.
Because President Trump had committed no crimes, there was no reason to create the special counsel in the first place.
Attorney General Sessions was grossly derelict in his duties and I personally suspect was in on the scheme all along.
The “Look Squirrel” filled Mueller investigation
The Mueller investigation, while having no crime to investigate, lasted 656 days and cost $30 million dollars! Mueller hired 19 lawyers, 17 being pro-Hillary who worked for Hillary and/or Obama and 40 FBI investigators to "find a crime" to remove Trump from office! If this nest of vipers found ANYTHING, it would have been leaked long ago.
It called 500 witnesses and issued 2800 subpoenas! It had the cooperation of 14 foreign countries.
With two exceptions, those indicted were caught in process crimes. CIRCUMSTANCES WERE CREATED BY MUELLER in an attempt to get them to lie about Trump to save themselves and family members while financially ruining them. Only despicable Michael Cohen lied. No Russian collusion! Paul Manafort was indicted for not registering as a foreign agent while the Podesta brothers made $35 million having never registered, and of course never charged or prosecuted.
Its real purpose was to cover the crimes of Hillary and the corrupt DNC working with a corrupt Obama administration, working with the corrupt media and Democrat politicians, including Republican John McCain. McCain disgustingly obtained the phony dossier and distributed it. The dossier was the basis of four phony FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign attempting to rig the 2016 Presidential election. Then conduct a bloodless coup to overturn a Constitutionally elected President.
Demands to release the whole report were laughable since everyone above, (except McCain), already saw its lack of substance which is why its release dragged on for weeks. Obstruction of justice? Did Trump fire or impede Mueller in his phony investigation? How can you obstruct something you didn't do?
Will the REAL collusion and treason investigation ever finally begin? Obama and Hillary paying for information fed to the FBI. Her ties to Ukraine to keep Trump from being elected. Rosenstein, Comey, McCabe, Lynch, Brennan, etc., up to Obama himself and ALL the Democrat politicians involved, which continued after the election! Along with the WHOLE "fake media". With Mueller being appointed to run interference to cover it all. All this done to a President and continues to this day. We have seen what horrors can be perpetrated to regular Americans like you as per arrests of Americans peacefully protesting, charged and convicted of disrupting a session of Congress. A crime that has a six-month sentence yet getting 20 years or more, because the DOJ illegally shopped for a law applied to corporate crime regarding destroying evidence.
If our Republic, (not democracy), and the rule of law are to survive, these crimes must someday be investigated. Further, the media, CNN, NYT, Washington Post, MSNBC, NPR, etc, have FOREVER destroyed any shred of credibility and are still lying! Only a fool would ever believe anything they ever say again.
