I was contemplating how to lead into this essay. Then this fell in my lap:

Biden again couldn't find his way off stage without help but knows his vile rhetoric by heart

Biden is and always was a mean and nasty man:

• As head of the Senate Judiciary Committee, he presided over the infamous Robert Bork hearings. His smearing of Bork for his original-intent judicial philosophy transformed hearings for Supreme Court nominees into bloody ideological battles. Henceforth, all conservative nominees were subjected to “Borking.”

• Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Joe Biden tried to discredit Clarence Thomas as a crazy libertarian and reckless judicial activist. When that didn't work, they brought in deranged Anita Hill with made up stories to paint him as a pervert.

And from my standpoint as a black American, as far as I'm concerned, it is a high-tech lynching for uppity blacks who in any way deign to think for themselves, to do for themselves, to have different ideas, and it is a message that unless you kowtow to an old order, this is what will happen to you. You will be lynched, destroyed, caricatured by a committee of the U.S. -- U.S. Senate, rather than hung from a tree. - then Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas

• On repeated campaign events or just out in public, Biden was actually willing to fist fight with potential American voters who questioned or disagreed with him.

Since Jan. 6, 2021, the Department of Justice:

• Charged 452 people with “assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers or employees.”

  • This includes 123 people charged with “using a deadly or dangerous weapon or causing serious bodily injury to an officer.”

• Charged 1,186 people with “entering or remaining in a restricted federal building or grounds.”

• Charged some not even present at the Capitol on January 6, like former Proud Boys chairman Enrique Tarrio, who was sentenced to 22 years, the longest January 6 sentence to date, after being found guilty of “seditious conspiracy”.

Was this recent speech part 2 from this Biden speech pre-2022 Midterm?

There’s no question that the Republican party today is dominated, driven and intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans.

MAGA Republicans do not respect the Constitution. They do not believe in the rule of law. They did not recognize the will of the people. They refused to accept the results of a free election and they’re working right now as I speak in state after state to give power to decide elections in America to partisans and cronies, empowering election deniers to undermine democracy itself. MAGA forces are determined to take the country backwards. Backwards to an America where there is no right to choose, no right to privacy, no right to contraception, no right to marry who you love.

I will not stand by and watch — I will not — the will of the American people be overturned by wild conspiracy theories and baseless evidence-free claims of fraud. I will not stand by and watch elections in this country stolen by people who simply refuse to accept that they lost. I will not stand by and watch the most fundamental freedom in this country, the freedom to vote and have your vote counted, and be taken from you and the American people.

What is a “banana republic”?

The term was coined back in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s for Central American countries whose economies were controlled by U.S. based banana export companies. They needed authoritarian leaders to protect land concessions and put down labor unrest that might shrink their profits. Sometimes, they would actively overthrow the country to reassert their influence, as in 1911 in Honduras where an elected government was overthrown and replaced with a military government.

These dictatorial leaders acted with impunity, (and still do), and would often imprison their political opponents and their followers on trumped up charges or flat out assassinate them.

At what point are we in the U.S.?

Joe Biden has the lowest approval of any President:

• Has allowed over 10 MILLION illegals to enter the country, many military aged men from countries that are our enemies like China, Iran and various terror organizations in the Middle East.

• Inflation is not up just a few percent! When I go to the grocery store, building supply, auto parts store, etc., and prices are up five to ten times more than even early 2021, that means inflation is up hundreds of per cent! Example: Eggs were $1.29 and are now $5.00! That is an increase of 287.597%

• The government quietly erased 439,000 jobs through November 2023 which means its initial jobs results were inflated by 439,000 positions which means the government was lying again. A record 8.7 million Americans work multiple jobs to put food on the table.

• Spending billions of dollars on a so-called green energy plan that is not only bankrupting us but depriving us of inexpensive and low pollution energy like natural gas. Here is Energy Secretary Granholm laughing hysterically when asked about a plan to lower energy prices!

• Squandering our military weapons to the point our military is dangerously short to appease his Ukrainian employers and black mailers.

What else does Biden have to run on but to continue the Transition Integrity Project psyop?

1. Trump engineered and committed an insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021, to stay in office and continues to question the election and needs to be punished.

• Former President Donald Trump is facing a total of 91 charges in criminal cases across four states, and up to 712 years and six months behind bars if convicted of all of them.

• In a total abomination of the Constitution and the rule of law, New York Attorney General Latisha James ran her Attorney General and governor campaigns on the promise of getting Trump for something!

• Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg did the same.

• Fulton County special prosecutor Nathan Wade, hired by Fulton County Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis, met with the Biden White House twice before Willis charged Trump and 18 others with various felonies related to supposed election fraud, election tampering and conspiracy with a few already amazingly pleading guilty. New development: Defendant Michael Roman wants his indictment dismissed and accuses Fani Willis of having engaged in a personal, romantic relationship with “married” Nathan Wade prior to hiring him. Therefore "potentially committed "an act to defraud the public of honest services" based on her "intentional failure" to disclose the relationship that she allegedly "personally benefitted from.” The filing claims that Wade had a "lack of relevant experience" but was paid approximately $650,000 in legal fees.

• For the federal charges regarding Trump:

  • In relation to Jan. 6, by some preposterous accounts a bigger attack on the United States than 9/11, Pearl Harbor, the Civil War, etc., Trump is being charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, witness tampering and conspiracy against the rights of citizens, and obstruction of an attempt to obstruct an official proceeding.

Trump asked the court to force Smith and other DOJ prosecutors to explain why they shouldn’t be held in contempt for violating a court order that stayed the case, meaning it paused “any further proceedings that would move this case towards trial or impose additional burdens of litigation on Defendant.”

• Trump is being charged with stealing classified documents and taking them to his residence in Florida, even though as President, he could classify or reclassify anything at will. He was also given an okay as to how he was storing them. On the other hand, Biden, as a Senator and Vice President, illegally possessed hundreds if not thousands of classified documents and stored them in haphazard places like his garage!

18 U.S. Code § 1924 - Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material

(a)

Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.

People have been put in jail for merely misplacing one document let alone stealing hundreds or thousands!

Special Counsel Jack Smith’s two investigations into former President Donald Trump have cost taxpayers more than $23 million — while the Justice Department probe into President Biden’s classified documents case has so far cost about $6.4 million.

A curious thing happened every time Hunter Biden got charged with a crime or made the news

Somehow, “mysteriously” that's when charges against President Trump would appear.

Fun fact: Considering that Trump was never convicted of the charge of insurrection, the prevention of holding office outlined in the 14th Amendment does not even apply to the office of President!

The 14th Amendment, Section 3:

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

The Appointments Clause, the Impeachment Clause, the Oath Clause and Commissions Clause clearly include the President. Supreme Court Justice Story in his Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States explained that because the President is specifically named in the previously mentioned clauses, he is not an officer of the United States. In United States v. Mouat (1888), Justice Samuel Miller wrote:

[u]nless a person in the service of the government, therefore, holds his place by virtue of an appointment by the president, or of one of the courts of justice or heads of departments authorized by law to make such an appointment, he is not strictly speaking, an officer of the United States.

Yet, Trump was removed from the ballot in Colorado and Maine!

Four Supreme Court Justices acting unconstitutionally on flawed law and information voted to deprive about 5.77 million Colorado voters a choice for President.

The Secretary of State of Maine outrageously all by herself decided to deny about 1,393,442 Maine voters a choice for President.

Other potential states:

New Hampshire, Michigan, Arizona and North Carolina, Illinois and Massachusetts

Remember, the fake news mafia along with the FBI will never demand truthful answers that will destroy their disinformation campaign. After all, these are the same people that told you there were zero FBI informants present on Jan 6, only to recently inform Congress that there were actually so many, the FBI had to send out a formal nationwide poll to all its field offices and demand a head count. And yet, we still don’t know the exact number.

The unfortunate reality is that the media is lying for them. The same ones who said, "Trump is a Russian asset,” "Hunter is innocent,” and "51 intel officials never lied.” There’s no chance the FBI and the media are running another disinformation election rigging operation this time using Jan. 6 lies and insurrection chants, is there?

In fact, we now know there were at least 200 FBI “assets” dressed as MAGA at the Capital Jan. 6

FBI assets worked with the local Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Police Department and U.S. Capitol Police. The assets were dressed as supporters of then-President Donald Trump inside the Capitol, “because those were the guys that knew their way around the Capitol.” - Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La

The Capital is a maze and there is no way a person off the street would have found Nancy Pelosi’s office, for example, unless someone took you there. Actually, the FBI was infiltrating individuals and groups for months prior to Jan. 6!

Just tryin’ to blend in

FBI Director Christopher Wray would not say no, there were not “assets” in the Jan. 6 crowd!

In fact, Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La, also has evidence the FBI came in “ghost buses” to the Capital on Jan. 6

With everything else going miserably wrong, they went childish with “smelly Trump”!

Every time Trump got another indictment, (he's up to 91 now), his polls went up. With every removal or threat of removal from a state ballot over “insurrection”, his polls go up. Running out of options, one of his detractors, Adam Kinsinger, went back to the schoolyard! Descriptions of how he supposedly smells include combinations of “butt” and ketchup with other things. Which leads to serious questions about Kinzinger and the other commenters. Do they make it a habit to smell “butts”?

2. Everyone who voted for Trump, supported Trump, showed up on Jan. 6, 2021, and/or continues to question the election also needs to be punished.

Why did Congressman Jamaal Bowman potentially get six months for “intentionally disrupting a Capital proceeding” while Jan. 6 arrestees are getting 20 years for the same charge?

Because he got charged with the actual correct statute, Title 40 U.S. Code §5104, not the one the Dept. of Justice is fraudulently using, 18 U.S.C §1512(c)(2), the law intended to prevent corporate fraud and improve auditing and financial disclosures and for “one who otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so “corruptly."

What's next? Now, Americans merely on Capital grounds Jan. 6 will be targeted!

U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Matthew Graves, suggested that law enforcement will soon target those who just stood outside the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. 

Sticking another finger in your eye, Graves admitted that a significant portion of the 2020 George Floyd rioters were not charged at all despite causing destruction and setting cities on fire.

Now for the gut punch. George Floyd rioters in New York were PAID DAMAGES and bragged about it!

While actually peaceful Jan. 6 protesters are rotting in jails or on their way to them!

Remember, the point of the “Transition Integrity Project" was to destroy Trump AND his followers!

• More broadly, there needs to be a robust, intentional, and specific strategy to challenge the white supremacist and extremist networks that enabled Trump’s rise to power and were in turn enabled by Trump’s administration. This base will not automatically demobilize if and when Trump leaves office, and it is inimical to the kind of pluralist democracy the founders intended. - Appendix C: Will “Trumpism” Survive a Trump Loss? page 22, bullet point 3

3. Every elected official who voted for Trump, supported Trump, showed up on Jan. 6, 2021, and/or continues to question the election also needs to be punished.

• On August 9, 2022, the day after the Mar-a-Lago raid, while on vacation, Pennsylvania Congressman Scott Perry's phone was seized by the FBI.

This morning, while traveling with my family, 3 FBI agents visited me and seized my cell phone. They made no attempt to contact my lawyer, who would have made arrangements for them to have my phone if that was their wish. I’m outraged — though not surprised — that the FBI under the direction of Merrick Garland’s DOJ, would seize the phone of a sitting Member of Congress. My phone contains info about my legislative and political activities, and personal/private discussions with my wife, family, constituents, and friends. None of this is the government’s business. - Congressman Scott Perry

• An activist has filed a petition to knock Congressman Scott Perry off the Pennsylvania primary election ballot for his “connections” to the so called “Insurrection” on Jan. 6, 2021.

If you are in a state or locality that has removed Donald Trump or some other person from the ballot for “insurrection” and you decide it is your right to vote for whomever you choose, could you be harassed or even arrested for doing so?
