The rule of law does more than ensure freedom from high-handed action by rulers. It ensures justice between man and man however humble the one and however powerful the other. America was founded on the principle that all are equal and endowed with the same rights secured by a government created by consent to enforce the rule of law. From where did this idea come? They were all British subjects having all the rights guaranteed to Englishmen. Where were these rights first written down?

The Magna Carta, where the idea no one is above the law was codified

The Magna Carta was the first written constitution in European history. A contract between the nobles and King John, signed in 1215, was the first time it was put in writing that no one is above the law, not even the king. Some main points:

• Someone accused of a crime could not be imprisoned or punished without having a fair trial first.

• The king could not raise new taxes unless he had the agreement of the barons.

• A council of 25 barons was set up to ensure the king followed the rules the charter put in place.

The Revolution occurred because King George and Parliament repeatedly violated the Rule of Law

The Declaration is a recitation of how the colonists repeatedly petitioned King George and the Parliament to honor their rights as Englishmen and how their rights as Englishmen were repeatedly violated.

Rule of Law is the principle that all humans, including those in power, are subject to the law. No one is above the law.  The law is impartial or applies equally to everyone.  Rule of law is not based on fallible, changing rulers but on a constant set of laws or a constitution.  This principle differs from “Ruler’s Law” in which a ruler or governing body may arbitrarily govern over subjects without limit or accountability.  While Ruler’s Law dominated most civilizations around the world for thousands of years prior to the American experiment, the American Founders implemented a new, just system entirely under Rule of Law.

If DOJ treated Hunter Biden like the thousands of no-names who get prosecuted, he would be looking at decades in federal prison. Yes, I said decades, tweeted former Utah US Attorney Brett Tolman, who worked in the Bush and Obama administrations from 2006 to 2009

After a five-year investigation, Hunter Biden pleads guilty and gets:

• Misdemeanor charges for missing tax-filing deadlines.

• A felony charge for possessing a gun while abusing drugs, which will be expunged after two years of probation.

Meanwhile, rapper Kodak Black, aka Bill K. Kapri, was accused of falsifying information on federal forms to purchase three firearms from a gun shop in Miami. He plead guilty and was lucky to get 46 to 57 months out of a max of ten years!

What could Hunter have also been charged with?

• Money laundering.

• Working as an unregistered lobbyist under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, despite overwhelming evidence he did.

• Videotaping himself engaged in interstate violations involving drugs and numerous, undoubtedly underage prostitutes.

Fun fact: Hunter Biden actually deducted tens of thousands of dollars in payments he made to a prostitute and a sex club from his taxes according to what IRS whistleblowers told Congress. Try that on your next tax return and you'll get audited so fast your head will spin!

Overwhelming evidence the Biden clan collected at least $10 million in foreign funds as a payoff

• Obama put Joe Biden in charge of Ukrainian affairs.

• In 2014, Hunter Biden was put on the board of the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma.

• Senator Chuck Grassley revealed on the Senate floor that a largely unredacted version of the bureau’s FD-1023 confidential human source form said that “the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them — 17 such recordings.”

• Biden then famously withholds $1 billion from Ukraine until the prosecutor investigating Burisma is fired, then brags about it!

The Biden China connection

• In one instance, the two, (Hunter and Joe's brother James), were paid $4.8 million from CEFC China Energy between 2017 and 2018 — and Comer has since revealed that cash was funneled to at least nine but possibly as many as 12 members of the Biden family, including Hunter’s sister-in-law-turned-former lover, Hallie Biden.

• In an email obtained by The Post from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop, the deal guaranteed 10% of the equity was expected to be held by the first son for “the big guy,” whom former business associates of Hunter have identified as Joe Biden.

• President Biden has repeatedly denied knowledge of his son’s overseas business affairs.

• The White House has also not answered whether Hunter still owns 10% of another venture linked to the Chinese government, BHR Partners, which he set up in 2013 weeks after a trip to Beijing with his father aboard Air Force Two.

Joe Biden as Senator and Vice President illegally possessing classified documents

In no way, shape or form are Senators or Vice Presidents permitted to possess classified documents outside of secure areas. Biden has possibly thousands of classified documents:

• In his residences unsecured, like in boxes in a garage with his corvette.

Which is exactly why the Trump classified document scandal had to be created with the charges of espionage, the indictment and soon to be show trial. As a President, Trump can classify or declassify documents!

Tucker Carlson Episode 4: Wannabe Dictator

• The Tucker Carlson monologue is worth watching. It starts with the outrage a FOX producer ran a less than 30 second chyron, “Wannabe dictator speaks at the White House after having his political rival arrested.” The producer was immediately bounced out the door!

• Trump was called dictator, Hitler, fascist, etc., by the media hundreds if not thousands of times!

• Was pointing out removing your major political opponent is typical dictator behavior too much truth?

The Jan. 6 Insurrection. But not by who you were told

It all started with the 2020 Presidential election:

• As I said in a previous essay, “The Bill of Rights Part II”, there were last minute changes in election laws and thousands of ballots showing up in the middle of the night among the numerous anomalies and irregularities.

• Based on those facts, there were going to be challenges to the Electoral College ballots dropped in Vice President Pence’s lap, who had all authority to reject the ballots. If he didn't, why was legislation passed in 2022 to make the Vice President's role only ceremonial?

• The Electoral College vote was cancelled with politicians evacuated. It was rescheduled Wednesday evening and without any objections approved. The wailing about “the Insurrection”, despite the alleged insurrectionists being unarmed, began as soon as it started. Donald Trump was named THE chief insurrectionist because he had questions about the election. Also, coincidentally, being found guilty of insurrection makes someone ineligible to hold office in the United States.

Everyone has heard how unarmed Ashley Babbit was murdered in cold blood by Capital Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd who is so inept he left his loaded service pistol in a Capital men's room. He refused to cooperate in the investigation and was never charged!

Most are unaware that Rosanne Boyland was also murdered that day.

• Crushed in a crowd by Capital Police.

• Rosanne was savagely beaten by Metropolitan Police officer Lila Morris after she was on the ground and already unconscious. Morris was later promoted.

• Capital Police refused to aid her till she was near death, despite other protesters begging Capital Police to call for help.

• Outrageously, her death was ruled a drug overdose!

Jan. 6 political prisoners in Washington DC gulag

Jonathan Mellis, Prisoner #376907, DC Gitmo, jailed for trying to stop the beating of Rosanne Boyland. Jonathan reported he was held in solitary confinement 23 hours a day for eight months straight!

  • Over the past 10 years Soros has spent $40 million to place 75 District Attorneys in cities across the U.S. Their purpose is not to prosecute crime and create chaos.

    • Seattle, Portland, San Francisco have become lawless, with prosecutors outrageously refusing prosecution for theft less than $950!

    • In New York City last year, just 327 people, arrested and re-arrested committed more than 6,000 shopifting crimes.

    • Violent criminals released right back on to the street to commit hundreds of violent crimes all over again.

This is only a short list of the violations of the Rule of Law. What are solutions?

• Use your First Amendment right to speak out.

  • Find others who have similar or the same opinions as yours.

  • Show up at your school board, your City Council meeting, your state legislature and even in Washington DC to voice your displeasure.

  • Communicate with your elected officials and remind them they can be fired.

• Since it is appearing the federal government is almost a lost cause, educate others and your state legislators about the Article V power in the Constitution of the states to convene a Convention of the States to bring the federal government back under control. A total of 34 are needed and 19 have already signed on.

This is your country! Take it back!
