School Principle now Congressman actually committed a felony by interrupting a vote of Congress

Will he be joining the Jan. 6 Political Prisoners in the Washington DC gulag accused of the same offense?

I refer you to Question 69 of the Pocket Catechism which asked if the President can be impeached and punished, (yes), but the whole answer is more important:

In this free and happy country no man is so great as to be above the law. The claim

Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), a former school principal who pulled a fire alarm in the U.S. Capitol complex moments before the House was scheduled to vote on a bill preventing a government shutdown, did so because he thought it would “open the door.”

The facts

Jaamal Bowman is the founder and former principal for 10 years of the Cornerstone Academy for Social Action, a public middle school in Eastchester, Bronx, New York state, which requires 12 fire alarm drills per school year.

§ 22–1319. False alarms and false reports; hoax weapons

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to willfully or knowingly give a false alarm of fire within the District of Columbia, and any person or persons violating the provisions of this subsection shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and be punished by a fine not more than the amount set forth in § 22-3571.01 or by imprisonment for not more than 6 months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Prosecutions for violation of the provisions of this subsection shall be on information filed in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia by the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia.

§ 22–3571.01. Fines for criminal offenses

(4) $1,000 if the offense is punishable by imprisonment for 180 days, or 6 months, or less but more than 90 days;

Obstructing an official proceeding

I will be quoting Wikipedia because of the connection it makes:

Corruptly obstructing, influencing, or impeding an official proceeding is a felony under U.S. federal law. It was enacted as part of the Sarbanes–Oxley Act of 2002 as a reaction to the Enron scandal, and closed a legal loophole on who could be charged with evidence tampering by defining the new crime very broadly. It later became known for its use as a charge against defendants associated with the 2021 U.S. Capitol attack for attempting to obstruct that year's Electoral College vote count, including Donald Trump. (Bolding added is mine.)

The crime is codified as 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2). The relevant subsection reads:

(c) Whoever corruptly—

(1) alters, destroys, mutilates, or conceals a record, document, or other object, or attempts to do so, with the intent to impair the object’s integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding; or

(2) otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so,

shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

The term "official proceeding" is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 1515(a)(1) to include proceedings before federal judges, Congress, federal government agencies, and regulators of insurance businesses.

So, there you have it! Obstructing an official proceeding on video, with the suspect clearly visible!

So, when can we expect the DC Metro Police or the FBI to be breaking down Rep. Jaamal Bowman’s door at o’dark 30 to arrest him for pulling a fire alarm and/or obstructing an official proceeding if:
