Using The Law To Break The Law
Not a new crime by public officials that is increasing exponentially under the Biden regime
Not until I went into the churches of America and heard her pulpits flame with righteousness did I understand the secret of her genius and power. America is great because America is good, and if America ever ceases to be good, America will cease to be great. - Alexis de Tocqueville
The most egregious example of using law to break the law, the Patriot Act
Authors note: I personally have serious questions and experiences regarding the 9/11 narrative we’ve been fed. This video most concisely sums up the Patriot Act.
The Partriot Act, passed in haste to allegedly save us from terrorists actually violated the Constitution by stripping away the Bill of Rights.
“Sneak and Peek” search warrants, which allowed law enforcement officers to search a home or business and seize material without the knowledge or consent of the owner or occupants, with no deadline to inform you they did it.
Flat out warrantless searches.
The infamous Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, FISA court and warrants used to persecute Trump and associates.
Secretly wiretap American citizens to obtain evidence of crime without proving probable cause, also roving wiretaps also.
Surveillance orders can be based in part on a person’s First Amendment activities, such as the books they read, the Web sites they visit, or a letter to the editor they have written.
A list of new “crimes” that Americans can be called “terrorist” over, ie, speaking out at a school board meeting regarding the abuse of your children.
These are only a few issues in the outrageous list of crimes committed against Americans in the Patriot Act.
Also included in the Patriot Act in Section 817 regarding bioweapons:
Whoever knowingly violates this section shall be fined as provided in this title, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both, but the prohibition contained in this section shall not apply with respect to any duly authorized United States governmental activity, despite the use of bioweapons according to the Geneva Convention being a crime punishable by death!
It is very suspicious that only a week after 9/11, anthrax was being sent in the mail to politicians and news outlets with four dead and seventeen injured, further ramping up the terrorist aspect. Insurance to get the Patriot Act passed?
America was created to be governed by the rule of law. The Constitution being the embodiment of that ideal
All persons, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, economic or social status are equal in the eyes of the law!
Using the law to break the law is called “acting under color of law”
Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
For the purpose of Section 242, acts under "color of law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official's lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prison guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.
TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242
Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
This is not a new crime in America
The Logan Act
Passed in 1799 by Congress in response to George Logan going to France in 1798 as a private citizen to meet with government officials to negotiate a deal to prevent a war over France's attacks on American ships, which by some was considered treasonous. The purpose was to prevent any individual from corresponding with a foreign government without permission from the U.S. government.
The amended version reads:
Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
The Logan Act was used in only one indictment (in the early 19th century), and never prosecuted.
In the closing days of the Obama administration when they were terrified Donald Trump would find out all they were doing, Joe Biden floated charging General Michael Flynn, Trump's National Security Advisor, with violating the Logan Act for doing his job and talking to Russians. Biden himself actually did violate the Logan Act by calling foreign leaders before votes were officially tabulated in the 2020 Presidential election! Did he know something about the end result?
The Alien and Sedition Act
Four laws passed in 1798 during the John Adams administration. They restricted the activities of foreign residents in the country and limited freedom of speech and of the press, particularly when it was critical of the president or the government. Americans were actually arrested for writings criticizing President Adams and his administration!
between 1798 and 1801, U.S. federal courts prosecuted at least 26 individuals under the Sedition Act; many were editors of Democratic-Republican newspapers, and all opposed the Adams administration.
By 1802, all of the Alien and Sedition Acts were repealed or expired, except for the Alien Enemies Act, which is on the books to this day. It was used to intern Japanese Americans during WWII.
Poll taxes
Interestingly, a large source of income in the colonies before and after the Revolution. It was an equal tax on all voters regardless of income enacted in many states in the 1890’s. The problem was it kept the poor from voting and in the Democrat controlled south only black voters were asked to pay.
It was overturned by the 24th Amendment in 1964 and ended with the 1966 Supreme Court case Harper v. Virginia Board of Elections. The states of Texas, Alabama, Virginia and Mississippi finally gave it up because it was declared unconstitutional.
More recent incidents of “acting under color of law”
Then Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss:
Waited out the statute of limitations related to 2014-2015 financial crimes allowing the president’s son to evade additional charges which included the 2014 felonies for the attempt to evade or defeat tax and fraud or false statement regarding Burisma income earned by Hunter Biden, according to IRS whistleblowers that were investigating the case.
Negotiated the deal where Hunter Biden plead guilty to two tax misdemeanor charges and entering a diversion program to avoid a felony gun charge. U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika practically laughed it out of court.
In a last ditch effort to steer everyone away from Biden family crimes, including evidence of Hunter involved in sex trafficking across state lines:
Justice Department Tax Division prosecutor Jack Morgan outlined nine instances in which President Biden’s 53-year-old son appeared to be communicating with prostitutes and coordinating their travel across state lines, in an October 2020 email to Assistant US Attorney Lesley Wolf released by the House Ways and Means Committee on Wednesday.
Now illegally appointed Special Council Weiss has indicted Hunter Biden on three felony gun charges:
Count One accuses Hunter Biden of lying on an ATF Form 4473 when he bought the gun, falsely swearing that he wasn’t addicted to illegal drugs or using illegal drugs.
Count Two accuses Hunter Biden of lying to the federally licensed gun dealer in Wilmington where he bought the gun. The lie was related to the same sworn statement on the ATF form.
Count Three accuses Hunter Biden of illegally possessing the gun while using drugs or being addicted to drugs, which is also a federal crime. He possessed the gun for 11 days in 2018.
Illegal because Special Council appointments must come from outside the government and can have no conflicts of interest. Weiss was a longtime partner of Beau Biden, Hunter's deceased brother.
The Secret Service attempted to cover up the gun incident
The Secret Service, though denying it, actually approached the gun dealer to obtain Hunter's ATF Form 4473. Hunter's own emails contradict their lie. The gun dealer, suspecting a coverup, turned the form over to the ATF.
The FBI assassinated two disabled Vets in their homes
Craig Robertson, a 75-year-old disabled vet, died in an FBI raid over alleged threats to Biden online.
Neighbors who spoke with the Deseret News described Robertson as a markedly different person than what he portrayed online. One person called him a “teddy bear” known for his woodworking who would sit in the same seat at church every Sunday; another said he was barely mobile, weighed nearly 300 pounds and was unable to walk without a cane. He would drive to church, despite it only being about 200 yards from his home, because he had so much trouble moving around.
On Wednesday, August 16, 2023, Theodore Deschler, of Henderson, Tennessee, a disabled unarmed veteran, was killed during an FBI raid. The FBI refuses to tell the family what the raid was about.
The team shot through the house hitting the refrigerator, broke limbs on trees, and used flashbang explosives.
FBI and ATF abuses regarding the 2nd Amendment
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has been tracking gun owners without a warrant in a coordinated system with the FBI, according to documents exclusively reviewed by The Epoch Times.
Traditional Catholics on an FBI memo as a hate group courtesy the Southern Poverty Law Center
The FBI has come under scrutiny after a leaked document showed the bureau warning that "radical traditionalist" Catholics pose as an extremist threat.
The Biden administration, through social media companies, actually violating the 1st Amendment rights of Americans
The Biden administration has not been shy about leaning on social media companies to police their content. On July 15, 2021, then-White House press secretary Jen Psaki admitted her colleagues were “flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation.”
The IRS making a “courtesy visit” to the SAME DAY he was testifying in Congress over the Twitter files
According to the Wall Street Journal, the agent ultimately left a note instructing Taibbi to call the IRS. Taibbi did and was told both his 2018 and 2021 tax returns had been rejected, but the IRS did not explain why they visited the home in-person rather than an electronic notice.
FBI raiding James O'Keefe on the premise of the Ashley Biden’s, (Joe's daughter) “allegedly stolen” diary
The one where she said Joe Biden took showers with her!
I woke up to a pre-dawn raid," O'Keefe told Fox News' Sean Hannity on Monday. "Banging on my door, I went to my door to answer the door and there were ten FBI agents with a battering ram, white blinding lights, they turned me around, handcuffed me and threw me against the hallway. I was partially clothed in front of my neighbors. They confiscated my phone. They raided my apartment. On my phone were many of my reporters' notes. A lot of my sources unrelated to this story and a lot of confidential donor information to our news organization."
A source comes to us with information, I didn't even decide to publish it. If they can do this to me, if they can do it to this journalist and raid my home and take my reporter notes, they'll do it to any journalist. This is about something very fundamental in this country. I don't know which direction this country is going in. But journalists everywhere have to rise up because we broke no laws here. If they can do it to me, they'll do it to anybody.
The Jan 6 false narrative and political prisoner abuses
The only people who died on Jan. 6 were unarmed Americans peacefully protesting. Americans are rotting in the Washington DC gulag with conditions as bad or worse than anywhere else in the world!
Crimes regarding elections
Attempts to take Donald Trump off state Presidential ballots for “insurrection” despite not being convicted of the crime
14th Amendment reference:
an elected official is not eligible to assume public office if that person "engaged in insurrection or rebellion against" the United States, or had "given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof," unless they are granted amnesty by a two-thirds vote of Congress.
Donald Trump like any American is innocent till proven guilty in a court of law as per our Bill of Rights.
In my state of Washington in King county, which contains 37% of the votes in the state, Director of Elections, Julie Wise:
Changed the server controlling votes without any public notice. It was only discovered by accident by an election observer before the recent primary when he noticed activity in a back room. The security cameras observing the area were turned off.
A Freedom Of Information Act request for all information regarding the primary was denied. The Revised Code of Washington (RCW) Chapter 42.56., states an agency must respond to a public record request within five business days of receiving the request.
Julie Wise's plan is to delay 90 days, at which time she can destroy the records.
Attorney General “side show” Bob Ferguson and Secretary of State Steve Hobbs are not responding to requests to intervene since they both benefit greatly from King County votes.
An instance that takes the cake? Yakima Washington mayor calls police on “far right wingers” legally gathering petition signatures on Wal-Mart's private property
Wal-Mart had no problem with signatures for ballots on taxes, parental rights, and police pursuits being collected on their property. Now the mayor claims she is the one being harassed!
Is America still good?
Not as long as we allow the government “We The People” created to abuse us!
Stalin would be proud of the Biden Administration...
Good summary.
