Michael Byrd, The Cop Who Murdered Unarmed Ashli Babbit PROMOTED To Captain

Now cops get promoted for murdering people? How things have changed. Incidentally, Byrd is the same incompetent who left his loaded weapon in a Capital men's room!

Despite the lie, no police were killed on Jan. 6, 2021. Only unarmed Americans were murdered

I wrote about the murder of Ashli Babbit. She was one of four Americans murdered on Jan. 6, 2021. I also wrote about Rosanne Boyland, 34, who was crushed and denied aid by Capital Police. Then while unconscious, beaten by Metro police officer Lila Morris, who was honored at the Super Bowl LV in Tampa, Florida for her “heroism” on Jan. 6. and called a “superhero” by D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser. No mention of the savage beating of Rosanna Boyland. Since then, she also has been promoted.

Kevin and Benjamin were hit by flash grenades being thrown into the crowd by Capital Police. Kevin had a heart attack while on the phone with his wife and died. Benjamin after being hit also suffered a heart attack and died.

The video starts showing Byrd thru broken glass with his pistol going up and down erratically while hiding behind a wall. Then Byrd steps out, fires and off to the right you see an unarmed woman fall backwards out of a broken window onto the floor.

Byrd had previously left his loaded weapon in a men's room at the Capital

Capitol Police found Byrd’s Glock 22 in a Capitol Visitor Center complex bathroom in February 2019 “during a routine security sweep.” At the time, Byrd was the Capitol Police commander of the House Chambers and was scheduled for work the next two days after the incident. The police department launched an investigation into Byrd’s negligence, but he was eventually allowed to stay on the force.

A Glock 22 has no manual safety and could have been found and accidentally fired by anyone. Even a child. Obviously, Byrd is not competent enough to possess any kind of weapon, let alone a 40 caliber semi-automatic pistol and absolutely should have been fired.

After the murder, Byrd's identity was hidden. In fact, Byrd was hidden!

If a police officer shoots someone armed or unarmed, you know their identity in minutes if not seconds! You even dangerously find out where they live, their spouse's identity, how many kids and where they go to school, and on and on.

The U.S. Capitol Police lieutenant who shot and killed Jan. 6 protester Ashli Babbitt was housed for six months in a hotel suite reserved for top brass at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland, according to newly released Air Force records.

Capitol Police paid for a suite for Lt. Michael Byrd and a “pet” at the hotel inside the fenced base from July 2021 to January 2022 for thousands of dollars, according to documents obtained by Judicial Watch.

Byrd's story

Byrd previously told NBC that Babbitt, who was unarmed at the time, was an "imminent threat and danger to the members of Congress" and that he just wanted "the truth to be told." 

He recounted in the interview that he felt very afraid when he was in the chamber with the protestors gathering in the Capitol building. He said that there were "reports of shots fired through the House main door onto the floor of the chamber."  

Those reports later turned out to be false and he told NBC that his ignorance of whether she was armed "did not" alter his decision to shoot. He also stated that he had "saved countless lives."

The cover up story

Byrd's conduct was internally investigated by the Capitol Police.

It was determined that his "conduct was lawful and within Department policy, which says an officer may use deadly force only when the officer reasonably believes that action is in the defense of human life, including the officer’s own life, or in the defense of any person in immediate danger of serious physical injury.” 

The investigation goes on to say that his actions may have "potentially saved Members and staff from serious injury and possible death from a large crowd of rioters." 

Then there's the truth

A Judicial Watch review of 500 internal documents from the Capitol Police showed that there was "no good reason" to shoot Babbitt.

• The FBI, DHS and the military kept him out of the loop of what they knew. For example, 14 terror suspects were supposed to be showing up. He was also given no details of FBI operations that day. Outrageously unusual.

  • The same FBI that claimed the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation to influence the 2020 Presidential election outcome despite verifying its authenticity back in 2019!

  • The same DHS that declared the 2020 presidential contest “the most secure election in U.S. history.” That statement exposes itself as a lie just on actions by the FBI, not even considering the mountains of contradictory evidence.

• General Milley, using a software program not available to the general public was scanning the internet finding threats to the Capital, threats to Congressman, etc., and never shared that with the Capital Police Chief!

  • The same General Miley that told the military if President Trump gave them any orders, run them by him first.

  • That was communicating with Nancy Pelosi behind President Trump’s back.

  • That made two treasonous calls to his Chinese military counterpart:

General Li, I want to assure you that the American government is stable and everything is going to be okay,” Milley told the People’s Liberation Army general. “We are not going to attack or conduct any kinetic operations against you.

General Li, you and I have known each other for now five years. If we’re going to attack, I’m going to call you ahead of time,” Milley added. “It’s not going to be a surprise.

• Chief Sund's intelligence officer, Yogananda Pittman, kept vital details from him and was later promoted to his job.

• Apparently, a decision was made by all of the above, excluding the Chief of course, that the Capital was not to be protected that day.

To create the appearance of a chaotic insurrection to prevent challenges by Representatives like Jim Jordan and Senators like Ted Cruz or Mike Lee of suspect Electoral votes. Mike Pence would have been no match for them. The votes were tallied the next day with everyone keeping their heads down as to not be lumped in as one of the insurrectionists. A brilliant plan. The actual insurrection started on November 3 and concluded on November 7, 2020, when Joe Biden was declared the winner of the 2020 Presidential election.

• Chief Sund could not get authorization from Speaker Pelosi to call in the National Guard, even though they were stationed within sight of the Capital. They were finally authorized at 6:00 PM, well after everything was over. New Jersey State Police actually beat the National Guard to the Capital to render assistance!

The so called “QAnon Shaman”, Jacob Angeli Chansley's, false conviction

Jacob plead guilty to a felony count of obstruction rather than get 20 years. He was sentenced to 41 months, 10 1/2 of those in solitary confinement. The video withheld from his defense lawyer, released by Tucker Carlson, showed he wasn't rioting at all! He actually was allowed in and given a tour of the Capital by the Capital police!

A fascinating interview with Jacob

Jacob, incidentally an Air Force Veteran, was interviewed by Michael Knowles after his release from prison. Jacob is still ridiculously not allowed to leave the state of Arizona! A very intelligent and articulate man. Certainly not the psychotic portrayed by the government and media and well worth watching!

Jacob talks about some miraculous things that happened while he was in prison. One when he first got there. He was freaking out and terrified. He had a Bible in his hand. He closed his eyes and said “I need You to speak to me.” He opened the Bible and pointed. When he opened his eyes he read:

I am yours and you are mine and I have redeemed you and called you by name, O Jacob.

(His interpretation of Isaiah 43:1) Certainly very interesting in his time of need.

Is there still “equal justice under the law” in America?

The four Americans murdered on Jan. 6. The two disabled veterans recently assassinated in their homes by the FBI, Craig Robertson, 75, and Theodore Deschler. The Jan. 6 Political Prisoners still languishing in the Washington DC gulag and all the other Americans oppressed by the government supposed to serve them. Will they ever get justice? Will their murderers and oppressors ever be punished?

That's up to the rest of us, “We the People”, isn't it?
